He scored 7 goals & granted some were vital. He missed plenty of easy chances through the season. He also had expected assist stat of 0.05 per 90, which is terrible.

Exactly right, Dom gets us playing up field so hopefully with a few tricky players around him we can make a bit more of those phases.

This will divide opinion. Some will want to keep him because of his potential - which could make him an exception player. Others are happy to see him go because his performances are not that of a 50 million player. Both are right. I don’t think we can turn down this kind of money though for what he has brought to the team. I just pray Gana’s little legs are still there as we will need him next season. Gana completely outshone Onana last season also.

If we had actual goal scorers around him he would look so much better. McNeil, Harrison & Doucoure are not overly effective players in that regard.

He played 416 minutes this season in the league to be fair to him.

I think it’s more the dealings in the past that have left a sour taste amongst some of our fans with United. Theres almost an expectation amongst united that when they come calling for one of our players we should graciously accept. After their first “offer” they would have known where we sat with our valuation, to make another offer so far off our valuation is a pisstake. I would love us to slap another 10m on top just to show we aren’t push overs.
