  1. All managers will have good and bad buys in the transfer market, I think Martinez signed some good footballers, just all not suited to the premier league and also many had injury issues.

Kone was unlucky with injuries, he seemed to rush too many back from injury like McCarthy and not give them time to heal properly. Besic probably the same, hopefully he will be allowed to get over his issues and show the promise he has.

  2. I loved Straq, he loved playing for us and always gave 100% but in terms of quality he was a little er lacking.

He's still making the headlines I see

He joined Columbian Liga Águila side Santa Fe (football). On the 11th January 2017, he made his debut in a 1-0 away win against Envigado F.C.. The fixture was the first of the season and Denis scored the only goal (on his debut) after 52 minutes, however in the 81st minute the Argentine saw red for punching someone.

  3. He needed to change to 4 at the back against Stoke, but apart from that blip the 352 has been working well.

It show's at least RK is versatile and he will change personnel and formation if need be.

    I would go with

    Joel

    Holgate Williams Mori

    Coleman Davies Barkley Schneiderlin Baines

    Lookman

    Lukaku

Bring Gana on in the second half, no need to rush him back.

Midfield is obviously tricky now as we have6 players fighting for 3 positions, hard to keep them all happy.

  4. I made the usual mistake of looking at youtube that can make anyone look good.

But he does look like a big powerful lad that is decent in the air, also saw him take a decent free kick.

At 4million he may be worth a gamble as he is a big guy he may be starting to get stronger and fill out his frame,

and start to show the potential that got him a move to Inter in the first place.

  5. 4-1 win over Leicester tonight.

    Another for Niasse.

    Top of the league again.

An assist for the 3rd goal as well, keeping fit for January move by the sounds of things. He can score 5 every week but still won't get a game for Koeman.

  6. I believe he only got 45 minutes by Koeman. Obviously not his type of player.

Niasse seems to lack skill and hold up play that Koeman wants.

He obviously has shown ability in the Russian league to score goals, winning player of year and getting himself recognized.

His overall game was probably not scouted well enough.

Looks like the sort of player that may grab some poachers goals but not offer a lot else overall for the team.

  7. His knock and burst of pace is. Kanchelskis as I've said would be worth way over £60m in this market and pisses all over robben and Ribery

I feel different players, Bolasie more unpredictable and probably less consistant.

Him and Gerry playing together certainly gives us danger on both sides and allows space in the middle, I hope Ronald plays both of them more often.

  8. Anyone here post Gana's wiki article lol.

Idrissa Gana Gueye (born 26 September 1989) is the greatest premier league footballer of all-time and is also a Senegalese professional footballer who plays for English club Everton and the Senegal national team as a defensive midfielder. He will eventually go on to win the Premier league with Everton with his Manager, Ronald Koeman, in the 2016/17 season.

Here's the full link but someone may change it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idrissa_Gueye
