  1. Beto... He is so technically limited that it hurts to watch. However, his effort is 100%.
  2. No, both are very different. I would use him in a formation with two center forwards. In a formation with 3 forwards I would place him on the right instead of Harrison or on the left with McNeil partnering on the other side. Tottenham can either take our £50m or fuck off.
  3. Was it him wanting out or did we sold him to comply with FFP?
  4. I don't get this transfer either. Was it him wanting out, or did we got rid of him?
  5. He's giving us mixed signals with all those love letters. Frankly, it is disrespectful towards Tottenham with him talking about his ex all the time. I think he might have changed his heart. He doesn't seem happy in London. That transfer didn't make sense in the first place. It definitely helped us more than him. He's not getting any trophies there, his salary isn't better, and he's not adored by the fans as he was at Everton. I can understand if he wanted to move on with his career, but certainly, Tottenham was a poor choice for him.
  6. Lovely guy, nice pass, good vision, slow as a turtle. Should have never come to the PL. Would flourish in Spain or Italy.
  7. He is useful but at 20m it is 5m too much, I think.
  8. I think bringing him back would be the best piece of business the club can do for a number of reasons: 1. He wants to come back, and his affection for the club is evident. 2. He's not that valuable for Tottenham, and they would be willing to replace him. I believe they would accept an offer worth £40-50m, so we can actually make a small profit. 3. There's almost no risk involved. We know exactly what we are getting. 4. He improves us right off the bat. 5. Hard working player, the type Dyche appreciates. 6. It's a love story. Commercially, his return will generate a big chunk of the transfer fee paid. 7. He loves the club, and he is worth more to us than anyone else. We need more players like him.
  9. Richarlison after the game: Once we sort out the new ownership, can we bring him back? I believe it would be a massive source of motivation for him as a player and for everyone at the club.
  10. He's on 140k per week, and his contract runs out this summer. Hopefully, he will contribute with some good performances on his way out.
  11. Nothing justifies genocide. At this point, I do not trust what is shown on TV. Israel could well have fabricated the assault to have an excuse to wipe Palestine off the face of the Earth. I do not support this. Hamas is not Palestine.
  12. I think Everton has the potential to get similar investment from billionaire oil-rich entities from the Middle East, similar to Man City and Newcastle. Heck, we have one of the best fanbases and soon to be one of the best stadiums in the country. I can understand if Moshiri wants to get out and take his money asap, but 777 does not seem like the best option for the club.
  13. Honestly, I'm starting to think that the unfair point deduction is the best thing that has happened to us in a while.
  14. He's a dinosaur, they say, but I really enjoy the style we are playing in right now. Long may it last!
  15. It seems that the burglars have committed a purrfect crime.
  16. I would prefer it if Patterson made the same mistakes every game instead of Ashley Young. At least he's young in age and can learn from them.
  17. We must win this at all costs. It would be absolutely epic.
  18. Also, they could have waited until the final game of the season to punish us with enough points to make sure we get relegated. This is not a fair punishment, especially applying it mid-season.
  19. FFP regulations are a joke. Essentially clubs with a larger turnover are allowed to spend more. They use the narrative that these regulations are in place to guarantee clubs' financial stability, but that is not true. The punishments for breaches put the clubs in even more dangerous financial instability. They simply don't care about the well-being of the clubs. And regulations like these only make the spending disparity even bigger, which is not a competitive fair play.
  20. This is so unfair. I'm partially relieved that it happened this season rather than earlier because we won't get relegated this time. However, we should bring this to court because double standards are being applied. Both City and Chelsea should be punished, or nobody should. The entire FFP system is a total mess. It will never work as intended and should be abolished. If they aim for fair spending, they should consider imposing a salary/transfer cap, similar to the system in the US. The whole situation makes no fucking sense.
  21. Most people get varicella-zoster in their childhood. The virus remains in the system and can reactivate later in life, causing shingles. This risk is high for individuals with a weakened immune system due to systematic abuse of antibiotics or those with HIV. Having a vaccine for shingles makes little sense for those with a functioning immune system.
  22. I guess my mother, father, wife, and sister also got lucky then. We are in a sect here, we all stopped using antibiotics, and our body resistance against viruses improved dramatically, thanks to God. As I said, I'm not against antibiotics when they matter, but GPs tend to prescribe them even when not needed. I'm not against vaccines; I'm just questioning the Covid vaccine.
