  1. Actually, I wrote that on the go. I take analgin when I have migraines or something; very rarely, ibuprofen. Where I live, GPs prescribe antibiotics based on symptoms like cough, fever, etc. They do not ask patients to do a basic CRP test, which can shed light on whether there's a bacterial infection or rule it out. My mother was in a very bad state just five years ago. She would develop pneumonia twice a year, and antibiotics wouldn't work because she became resistant, so she ended up taking gentamicin injections. It was that bad until she "discovered" homeopathy. Disclaimer: I believe homeopathy is a snake oil, but what it did for my mother is prevent her from reaching for the phone to call the GP after the next infection. She would experience nasty symptoms, but she believed that homeopathy would help her and let her body put up a fight. It's been five years since she last took antibiotics, and her health is a whole lot better. I was concerned about her when she caught Covid, but she handled that very well too. I'm not going to debate vaccines because my opinion is double-sided here. I think they help, but they have been overly pushed by Big Pharma in the past 20-30 years with bad intentions. Of course, it's just my thought, and I can't argue against peer-reviewed studies. But you said to trust medical professionals. Well, I don't think regular medical practitioners know a whole lot more about vaccines. They read the studies which are available for the open public anyway and follow guidance by big pharma.
  2. Call me a conspiracy theorist, but have you ever thought that vaccines and antibiotics could be a cause of poor health? I haven't taken anything other than over-the-counter ibuprofen in the past 20 years. The flu has never touched me since I stopped using antibiotics. Covid was a breeze. The worst I experienced was a sore throat and chills for a couple of days. Cold showers really do help a lot. I'm not saying I have perfect health. it's just my experience with viral infections. I'm not against the use of antibiotics when they really matter, i.e., treating pneumonia or other types of severe bacterial infections.
  3. Maupay raised the bar so high that only Tosun can compete with that level of ineffectiveness. I would take Niasse any day over Maupay. In fact, Beto reminds me of Niasse.
  4. Agree. Branthwaite is better defensively and Stones was better on the ball.
  5. This guy is the leading goal scorer in the Bundesliga with 13 goals in 7 games for Stuttgart. He cost them 9 million euros to sign him from Rennes.
  6. Why wouldn't he be happy? He's playing regular football in the Premier League. Where else should he go? It's too early for him to move to a top club, he's still developing. I can see him following a path similar to what John Stones did. I'd be surprised if he is still here at the end of his current contract
  7. Sure, but managers receive full payment for the remainder of their contract upon termination. Not too bad receiving 36 salaries for 8 months of work, isn't it?
  8. I doubt he'll make a breakthrough. He's consistently underperformed for many years. There's no turning point in sight for him, especially in the Premier League. He should consider playing in a less demanding league, away from the spotlight to start enjoying football again.
  9. Does the new ownership mean we will have money to spend for transfers come January?
  10. We are better off with him than without him. I wouldn't mind if we had replaced him, but we didn't.
  11. Hopefully not. He isn't worth half that.
  12. I don't want him to leave. Why is Dyche so stubborn?
  13. We conceded 4 goals and could have let in more. Our defense and midfield were atrocious. McNeil and Harrison can't fix that.
  14. The difference is money and proper investment. We are fucked.
  15. We'd better sign him rather than nobody, I guess.
  16. Тhe Premier league loan rules allow 4 domestic-based loans over the span of the season, but only 2 registered at any time, and it is not allowed to loan in more than 1 player from the same club. Beyond that the FIFA loan rules apply for the Premier league, which allow 8 players on loan in total.
  17. I think 8, but only 2 domestic-based players, such as Harrison, are allowed on loan in season.
  18. If given the chance, he will do the same to us. Setting aside our biases, Leeds have promised to sell him and are simply trying to maximize their revenue. The transfer window is not over, yet he's refusing to play for them. This is incredibly unprofessional.
  19. Do we really need a player with such attitude?
  20. We should be looking to loan premium players from bigger clubs, just like we did with Danjuma, even if they come with high salaries. I believe we can loan 4 more players. There are likely to be some available options, and the advantage is that they will be off the books at the end of the season. Wouldn't that be more cost-effective than paying a transfer fee and signing players on long-term contracts? Certainly, this could help us improve our financial situation for the time being.
  21. No. It's a goal every 4.67 games, it's in the data you shared. He averages only 40' per game.
  22. Yes, additionally, players who are on loan are unavailable for selection in direct matches against their parent club.
  23. Damn, he's only 24, soon to be 25. I remember his debut, it was like ages ago.
