  1. Red Bull used their pit stops wisely, and the stewards set it up for him at the end to win in a very controversial way.
  2. A few weeks back he did an article where he was committed to the club after Ancelotti left, and couldn’t praise Benitez enough. I personally think it’s rubbish.
  3. Could this mean he is going to Chelsea in the January transfer window?
  4. Or maybe Rafa has seen what many have been saying he’s been very poor for a very long time.
  5. Enjoyed that mate I’ll watch the 2nd part latter.
  6. Palace have been very attack minded under Vera using width, can we trust Digne to do a solid enough defensive job, not so sure but I’d be happy with Godfrey on the left he’s got his mojo back and not much will get past him.
  7. Don’t go all Napoleon on me Matt I had enough problems with my Spainish
  8. Thanks mate. I did see that Verstappen had flat spotted a front tyre on one set of mediums, there was a discussion had that the position it’s in they could swap it to the other side to make it usable. I can’t wait for tomorrow this is going to be race to remember no matter the outcome or how it’s achieved. Genuinely good luck to both of them, I’m more of Hamilton fan but I must say I wouldn’t be upset if Verstappen wins he’s definitely growing on me with his style of driving.
  9. Do you know how many sets of mediums and softs they can call on?
  10. But my point is the people who organised the 27 minute protest gave all those there the opportunity to unite and make stand. What other opportunities have presented themselves so that 30,000 + people could stand up and unite in such away that the board could physically see that real owners of the club the generations of families in a lot of cases, son’s daughters father’s mother’s and grandparents have United in their condemnation of how our club is being run, in my view that makes complete sense. I won’t say any more on the subject unless goaded into it.
  11. Very true silence can speak volumes, so a silent protest should have been organised and everyone could have taken on that, but a walk out was organised and imo a huge opportunity was given up to let the owners know we are not happy. If people are hurt by what I have said then I do understand why they remained seated.
  12. That’s fine but what have you done to express your displeasure at what’s happening at our club, this was an opportunity for all those who aren’t happy with the way the club is going to unite and leave their seats for 5 minutes. Thank goodness enough did and they got a reaction from the owners.
  13. But can’t you see doing nothing will achieve nothing, we know what those who left there seats did what did those who remained seated do to express their displeasure.
  14. And I answered that by believing I was being decisive and not divisive, I could remain neutral and say nothing, that would only suit those that stayed sat down, I genuinely believe that those who left their seats achieved something, if would stayed sat we wouldn’t be having a meeting with the board Brands would still be here. Nothing would have changed and we would all still be booing and moaning and doing fuck all about it, so praise to those who have said enough is enough.
  15. Maybe but the message got the desired affect. I was brought up in an age where protest’s worked and people got justice. I don’t see that as divisive for me the his decisive. Now we live in an age where the conservatives over forty years have whittled away our rights and people have forgotten what it’s like to protest. I’m a staunch Labour voter and have marched against Community tax have stood solid with the miners, as a said in another post Liverpool is one of the last bastions for right and wrong for the workers, and it saddens me that so many stayed sat when yet boo and moan about the club and how it’s run yet didn’t take 5 minutes of their time to leave their seats. You have your opinion and I have mine, sadly I hate to say this the Red side of the City would have got up In unity
  16. Things happen when you can be bothered to do something about it, if anything good comes of this, and I’m quite aware it maybe just lip service, but if there is a coming together that improves the supporter’s and boards dialogue for the better of the club then great mission partly for filled we need those who got up a debt of gratitude to those who could not be arsed to get off their arse, imagine the impact at what else could maybe of been achieved with the board if everyone walked out in protest at the way the club has been run for the last 6 years for just 5 minutes. Hope those who remained seated get piles for Christmas
  17. That’s a bit extreme. But a great way to keep warm and beat the cost of the fuel hikes
  18. I don’t see it that way the only change I see is Holgate for Mina, from reading the interview with Benitez it would appear Digne over stepped the mark, he may of gotten away with that under Silva and Ancelotti but Benitez not a chance as he said it’s about the team not the individual. But Digne did back pedal in an earlier statement and Benitez may accept that as he’s learned a lesson.
