I agree you do need some good old heads in the squad, whether you pay 100k a week and give them a 3 year deal who knows, but you have to bite the bullet at some point and take the gamble or you just stand still and not move on.

I think Grealish is a good player, but I feel like he’s the sort of player that you need to build a team round him, and he also would want to be in that position I don’t think he’s good enough for that role to take a team to the top of the PL if that makes sense. Or maybe he could just fit straight into a team and not be the main focus of the team I’m not sure but could be an expensive gamble.

Same here it would be nice to know if he’s even back in some form of training.
