  1. Another wrong setup, yet more flabbergasting substitutions, and a complete lack of killer instinct. For someone that doesn't fancy youth he's sure throwing them into the deep end, to prove a point or because of faith.... you decide.
  2. Dick-headitis Deserve a beating here, its so so poor, and these are rubbish.
  3. Lets get this right, we have been shite first half, almost every ball we've played in their half has been a yard short of the man intended for it. Thats poor, even for us. We've struggled to contain them in the middle and their energy is seeing them pick up cheap second balls and force even cheaper mistakes. We don't deserve to be level, its the luck of a bottom side that theyve put us level with them, maybe their legs will fall off on 70 odd minutes, but if we continue like we have then we'll lose and deserve every penny of it. Tired of false dawns, tired of neglected basics, tired of even the lowest expectations being undermined. This side has more holes in it than the average truckle of leerdammer. Get a grip you tit-heads, like you realise your futures depend on it like they do.
  4. If we are leading well enough on 60 minutes I fully expect Calv and Davies to get a half hours run.
  5. Slaven Bilic (and some, I suspect the clown-shoers, fancied him in as our manager!!!) Alex Nyarko Tomasz Radzinski we've had a few utter twats in recent memory.
  6. Kopites, in the main some of the most self unaware, expectant, spoilt, lilly-livered tit-heads ever to spew forth from human kind. The silver lining here is that rawk is almost always a primary port of call for online streams/links for a lot of sportsevents, cycling, boxing (especially) and premier league football.
  7. Apparently I put true fear into Belarusians and also shouldn't stand near naked flames. First week of the new year is going to be a U turn so hard that it might give me the bends.
  8. Can I sign 'someone' up for a tour of duty with, lets say, the foreign legion?
  9. "63% you my fine sir are not quite up to the lordy heights of thrift to be an Everton board member"
  10. Pulis wasn't boss when the shine hit the fat (initially). Perhaps Berahino's reluctance to come back into the fold under a new manager has strengthened Pulis' resolve and he wont lose face and be seen to be undermined by any player, ever. (Commendable on Pulis part really, Walter would have had Archie "home run" him) Spurs had money as they'd cashed in on a few and there were places in the squad to be taken, West Brom wanted a premium fee and the contract was long enough to put the power in Broms hands, until now.... I'd play for my Everton for free, but if I absolutely had to be paid i'd make up the numbers at Barca, plenty of sun and the senoritas are choice.
  11. Who did we play in the Europa where Duffy got an own goal, that was a cold night with lashings of ice rolling in off the water. Took all my sneaked in jack daniels to catch up with the numbness the temperature provided, little did I know of the numbness to come from clown-shoes.
  12. In essence, yes, this is the straight forward way of saying what I tried earlier in the thread, the hows and the whys of his conduct having failed to force the spurs move through. Serious question about his character and his professionalism.
  13. re: Berahino, who was the last player to dig their heels in and refuse to sign a new contract for more to wait it out two years and force a move away? Any agent ought to have pushed for improved terms, a realistic buy out fee, and the option to talk to any CL club about a move whence interested. Berahino comes away from this fiasco looking pretty bad, having tried to force a move to spurs through, but it looks like spurs are chock full of players for the forward line so that dog might not hunt this time, might we be a fit for him? Did he work well with Lukaku? Don't we have speedster attackers already (even ones with a chip on their shoulder or two), if he moves fairly cheaply this january he'll demand a massive signing on fee, only an under 21 international as well.....
  14. crack rock, because you keep coming back for more...
  15. Ok, lets make it a triumvirate. Nicolas Anelka.
  16. Compare and contrast the stuff in bold. Very few atheists on the battlefield eh.
  17. Anyone mentioned wonderkid George Green yet? That we coughed up a square million to Oldham at the time with potentially more on the drip, (I wont correct it,seems it was Bradford, who'd we sign up to disappear from Oldham then?) I'm being facetious anyway i'm just checking to see if anyone has coughed up that due to inflated tv monies that £10+ for a teenage prospect is "the going rate nowadays" etc. If we sign him then all the best, its some move by Walsh such early doors.
  18. At my signal unleash hell Hull (Am noticing an atmosphere of old fashioned straight forward 'grafting, sweating down the mines, put your time in' expectation on the forum, have perspectives always been so simplistic?)
  19. Philosophy huh, hmmm. As a striker, i'm not sure how much it's whoevers job to spread the play, pick out overlaps and join up the midfield, but, shots on and off target usually mean possession is handed over that is unless a goal is scored then the opposition get to kick off from the centre circle so have possession again. The problem with possession based football to prevent the opposition scoring is a manager like martinez (Clown-shoes) talks it up as being phenomenal, and although a clown-shoes side might win the possession at full time, strangely the game revolves around which side has scored the most goals not passed it around crab ball style through midfield for a solid 60 minutes of a game but have still shipped 4 goals. Lukaku is isolated, his gameis on the deck, justlike Barkleys gameis, neither are aerial experts like Cahill was for us. Either we get a classy big man in to ping the ball too/off and involve them or we cut our losses with one of them and restructure the side and style of play. Lennon, Bolassie, Deulofeou, McGeady, Niasse (?), Mirallas (?) thats six wide players that might also qualify as wingers (hence the question marks in brackets) so who are they picking out with crosses? Where is our Niall Quinn, John Hartson, Duncan Ferguson, Les Ferdinand, Grazianno Pelle, Salomon Rondon, or maybe even a Mario Gomez to knit together the forward line and be someone for wide players to aim for if not just tying up the better header of the ball in the oppos defences. (threw that in because Cahills late arriving runs and leaps bamboozled the league for how many consecutive seasons?)
  20. So, in trench warfare who do you fancy bunking up with out of the current squad?
