  1. Two points from me on Saturday. 1 we needed the win, achieved any way we could, it was ugly, a boring first 45, we got it. Job Done 2 Dyche post match remarks, sarcasm by any chance?
  2. On a positive note, we have a game in hand over Palace, Brentford, Forrest, Luton and Burnley, technically is against the Shite, mentally we need to make it apply to any other game ( bar Arsenal)
  3. And next season they are looking at dropping the points deduction penalties, it’s just a complete cluster fuck, how the PL think they can maintain any integrity is beyond me.
  4. Looks like he’s got some of his mojo and swagger back, it’s going to be needed.
  5. He did, apart from a couple of early mistakes where he lunged in and was beaten, after that he was imperious IMV
  6. Anyone still think he should start ahead of Dom?
  7. I’d rather Gomes came on for last 30 mins, he’s too slow to play the full game, putting us at risk, he’s much better in the last 30 mins as we saw on Tuesday.
  8. The momentum was with us once we scored, a win would have been wonderful, but the point is more than most would have expected before kick off and even at the start of the season.
  9. Are you sure it wasn’t imagined
  10. His lack of pace is possibly the reason he doesn’t start, he would have struggled last night early doors.
  11. The shite games at Goodison, a point or 3 isn’t unrealistic
  12. Totally agree, he was all over Branthwaite on every free kick or corner, looked like a fucking windmill in a gale, how its not picked up by officials is amazing.
  13. Outstanding MOTM performance, and what impressed me most was that he kept his head whilst being jeered at all night, something he’s fallen foul of previously. He does seem happy here so as long as we maintain PL status I can see him staying for long time to come.
  14. Just grateful we came away with a point, looking forward to being back at Goodison on Saturday, I wasn’t at 7.30.
  15. I don’t think tonight’s the game to do it, away at Newcastle even with their injuries is too much of a risk, whereas Saturday at home against Burnley absolutely needs to be done.
  16. Comical defending from all, which summed up our performance yesterday. I wonder how we would be reacting if if it had been Keane ?
