We have had enough of that, appoint a man and leave him to do his job, and back him. Ex red or someone new, lets not cause divides before anyone is appointed. We are Blues and we get behind our team, and manager.

I for one have had enough of Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, etc non have have proved to be good appointments. Lets stick to home grown for once, give it to Potter, very well thought of, young, and enthusiastic, and wont break the bank.

Like a lot of fans this this morning i coming to terms with what happened yesterday. I feel all the emotions that have been aired on here, but i feel more annoyed with myself for getting sucked into Carlos grand ideas, and his reputation. I like a lot of people wanted to scream and shout at 90% of our performances last season. But i kept it in because it was Carlo, and in him we put all our trust. Now we are back in limbo, as we have been for the last 10+years, who do we trust next, do we jump all over them at the first sign of things going wrong, will we ever give someone enough time to get it right, i don't know, all our trust has been used up for now. How can we even trust those in charge to get the right man, they have failed so often. We are a big club, we have great potential, why don't we attract the right kind of person to the job? My worry is now players that would have signed for Carlo, will now just sign for the money, and we may not attract the level of players we want to see at Goodison.

Crock of shit, and blaming the ones you don't like does not change anything, all players not bothered, tactics non existent, they have been on the beach for months now. The most worrying thing is nothing is changing under Carlo.

Good 3 points, but such a poor season, far to many lows, not enough work ethic, and no shape to the team yet, we live in hope for the future.

That team may have been missing a few players, but it was far superior to the Brighton side, so no excuses about missing players. The one thing i can not accept from this side all season, is there pathetic work rate and attitude. No matter what side we put out, the least is has to have is a good work ethic, and pride in the shirt, i have seen very little all season, if was not Carlo in charge, and it was one of our last 3 or 4 managers, we would be calling for his head. Everyone on here including myself has called for time, and transfer windows for him to get players in. But i am greatly concerned in the time he has been with us, the team work rate, and pride has not improved at all. When you look at the sides we have lost to Burnley, Fulham, Newcastle, etc,etc, some one said we did ok tonight because we had a few players missing, it was Brighton for gods sake. All the games we have lost, is simply because the other sides worked harder than us, that is unforgiveable. I hate to say it but Everton are boring me to death, with there indifference to the cause.
