Fulham 1 - 3 Everton
DCL

Between Olsen and Allan for me. Opted for Olsen in the end given the circumstances of 1st start and possibly knowing he will not play next game regardless - didn't put a foot wrong and made at least two important saves.

Official site has it as 4-3-2-1 with Siggy & Gomes behind DCL
Tosun on the bench is a surprise as well
Fair to say I’m not overly confident of getting anything here!
Me either. What service is DCL going to get?

I probably wouldn’t necessarily but it’s not the first time he’s done it - maybe the first he’s been punished but it’s definitely something to work on e.g body shape and use his left foot!!!
This fully...Mina has a Rick in him each game. This trait of his needs to be ironed out in training. He simply cant keep doing this. It's happened in a few games now. Just put you foot through the ball - no flicky shit in our own box!!!!!!!

I really can't understand loan move to PSG - Kean has not been getting game time at Everton, because in the first instance he's just not been good enough yet. Not quite seeing the point of him going to a club where his likely to get let first team game time. I know the French league is a lot easier, but PSG have a few players who would be ahead of him.
We are short of cover upfront, so I am guessing him going is subject to us bringing somebody in - even just to keep us going for this season.
Fully agree
Got his agent all over this one. I honestly dont think he will be a miss for us though - never have I though 'bring Moise on, he'll win us the game'

What I'm liking currently is the feeling that we will score another before the end of the game - I dont see many 0-0 games for us this season

Hoping Coleman’s injury isn’t too bad, don’t fancy Davies covering RB again.
Hate to say it but might need to consider an emergency loan at RB cover. Ankles are buggers and Kenny being out for 4-6 weeks makes me nervous ifSeamus is injured currently too

That's 2 tricky games dispatch away with full points now - both we could easily have lost last season when pegged back. Great responses from the team.
Thought Delph played well when he came on - might offer us something over the season if he stays fit for enough games - not saying hes a starter though

Mina 100%

Makes you wonder what happened to Gabriel - we seemed to have the money to get him, perhaps he did not fancy us as much (unless it was wages driven)

Didn't see this coming, not really heard of Godfrey. Its a bit of a worry us paying ~ £30m as a covid price for him. From what I'm seeing across the web there seems to be the general feedback that he can pass and play with the ball but his defending needs some work. I'm not sure this is the type of CB we need or should be spending £30m on as a potential. I'd like to think I'll be wrong but I see him as just a squad filler.

I thought about the formation you set out but the trouble is Digne has only played 20 minutes less football than Kean but had done much more running up and down the wings as we focus playing down that left hand side. I think Keane should start this one and Digne can have a rest instead. Maybe an option is to play Kenny in place of Keane and put Coleman in RB or visa versa?
Digne and Keane played more or less all the games. I'd put Coleman in at CB if any - BUT it's a risk with young Niels up against Prem opponents and Kenny still relatively inexperienced against Prem players too. Having 3 full backs in your back 4 with 2 of them being inexperienced is asking for it - plus with Yerry being the only true CB! We really are a bit stuck at CB currently with the injuries. This should not have happened really with our back up hope being Jarred going into the season - we are an experienced CB light for certain.
Risk still playing Keane at CB and a risk playing a FB there - think we have to play Keane and hope he does not get injured.
Any obvious CBs with experience who are realistic loan options - Smalling, Morgan, Tomori/Zouma, Stones? What a bout Dawson at Watford or the Bournemouth player released on a free - they'd just need to be available for games like this to come in and do a job.
Thank god we did not get Silva (if we were really in for him) - he looked crap yesterday.

Golden boot realistic for Dom this year?!
Bet he wont say it, but it will certainly be on his mind!
Why not think it...Vardy and Ings have won it or come close to it
