  1. I don't mean he cut in a made space for Baines, he'd cut in then often ignore Baines when he was the best option, instead looking to have a pop which usually ended in either a goalkick or him losing possession.
  2. Because Osman does better than him, even Anichebe, Bily, Coleman and McFadden. I'd also like to see more of Gueye and Barkley before Pienaar got a game. He's a CM, like most the players i've just named and he'd be 6th choice there. If a proper winger-some one like Donovan-comes available i'd happily welcome them.
  3. Osman stepped in and done a much better job, putting in many MOM performances(although some in the middle) and linking up with Baines. We've used the same tactic with Baines for 4 years maybe teams are clicking on
  4. Could you pin this link at the top so donations could be made any time through the year. (i'm poor atm)
  5. We've only got 1 (and even he was really a LB)
  6. I'd much rather see Drenthe, Osman, Bily and Gueye before Pienaar LM. We really don't need another Moyes favourite that can play shit every week and not get dropped holding back our other players.
  7. Reminds me of Arteta, could easily do a good enough job there, but much more suited/likely to excel in the middle
  8. I cant find the stats but I posted a comparison this year, and Osman was twice as good on paper.
  9. Passing the ball out wide to Baines is the easiest job in the world, Pienaar still struggled to do that, often passing it to his feet rather than infront of him to run on to or by doing some dogshit trick and losing the ball. Considering all he had to do was wait for Baines to over lap he cut in far too often considering he was a row Z specialist and his final ball makes me angry to think about
  10. Stand By Me, Sleepers, Toy story and The Breakfast Club are a must. The Sasquatch Gang Kick Ass Do The Right Thing Half Nelson Donnie Brascoe Tigerland The Believer Trees Lounge The Last Castle Lawn Dogs I Am Sam I Saw the Devil (Old Boy actor, but more ruthless) Princess Moneoke Murder In The First Leaving Las Vegas Tried to pick a few you might of skipped
  11. http://www.surrealfootball.com/2011/10/30/a-couple-of-thoughts-on-liverpool/ No idea on the reliability of the website, was looking for some unrelated stats. "There’s an interview with Fergie in the Mirror where he says racism is a problem in football. They used Suarez for the picture. Paul Tomkins is calling for Liverpool Football Club to ban the mirror from Anfield [update: we've since be told he just retweeted something to this effect]. Is he a real person, or is he done by the same people who run Manchester City’s website? Incidentally, Suarez apparently called Evra a ‘negro’, which is not racist in Spain. Good job Evra’s Spani- oh. Good job they were in Spain at the ti- oh."
  12. I've already had this debate can't find it, but Osman pisses all over Pienaar. Think Osmans stats were twice as good (which still isn't the best) but he's in and out the team and got played all over the park. If Osman was first choice ahead of Pienaar we would have got more goals and finished higher.
  13. LLTJ (Ladies Love Tenacious J)
  14. He'd walk straight into Barca, Arsenal, Man U or Chelsea imo. He's always linked with Real Madrid but they're the only team with a stronger DM/CM in Alonso.
  15. Thanks, thought Stanley park would have been a bit small to fit it all. Should be no transport problems if the kopites already got permission for their plans
  16. This will be my saddest day as an Evertonian, worst than Arteta and Rooney combined
  17. Rather get Donovan back on loan than Pienaar. Seems to have gone quiet on him, thought there'd be more hype to get him back again around about now.
  18. Any idea what area would be able to accommodate a project of this scale?
  19. I was one of only two(the other being Milky) who thought Pienaar was over-rated in a old thread. Everyone was kissing his ring just because he ran about, eventually people started to realise he's all smoke and no fire, and I weren't on me own anymore. I've been laughed at by others for saying RVP is the best striker in the world, these same people have now used that as a fb status. I'm pretty confident in my own opinions and can back them up. Please tell me what Coleman done well at? because all I seen was him over running the ball and scrapping for it back. There was at least 3 times he should have released the ball earlier and we would have had great scoring opportunities, if he had a football brain and could pass a ball he could be great, but he doesn't and for now he just has potential to be a good right back but he should not be anywhere near the first team midfield. He needs a year or two of development/coaching, us playing him as a quick-fix is gonna be detrimental to the potentially good player he could be in the future.
  20. Moyes with a blank check, can't wait to see Messi sit on the bench watching Coleman put a good graft in
  21. No, theres a lot of divers and many players go down to easy. Theres also a difference between the two. It's also obvious that some teams are trained/instructed/encouraged to cheat, whereas others have pride and dignity.
