I can't believe so many people are so negative towards this move. Big yes from me. Suits Koeman's pressing style down to the ground, works his socks off and is a great finisher. How many did we win on the road this season? 4 or 5? Vardy could help us win more. I'm not saying I'd like him to lead our line, but he'd be a great addition to the squad to rotate and start in those games where there is space in behind. If Rom goes and we got a striker in who could play well with his back to the goal we'd be able to have a lot more tactical versatility with Vardy. If we are interested in him, it would be a move that made sense.

WRD from TEF (the bloke who said schneiderlin will take the no 2 shirt before he even signed) posted today saying we signed a left back last night. He is unsure of any names, just said it all went through yesterday. In my experience he's credibly ITK. The further the season progressed and the further we get into the summer the less I think he will leave. He shot himself in the foot refusing the new contact really (providing he stays)

Is this going to be the same as last summer where we watch all the good deals fly by whilst we sit on our arse and do nothing? 20m is a steal for him, well worth the risk. I'd be surprised if we didn't lodge a bid for him.

If he don't go this summer he should have signed a new contract come Xmas.

Yeah they weren't impressive at all tonight. I didn't mean Dolberg and Klassen shouldn't sign purely because of tonight, just emphasising on how good Sanchez looked. In truth this is only the 3rd time I've watched Ajax this season. How crazy is it starting such a big final at 17 too? I agree though De Ligt looked to have great potential. You could however see the lack of experience tonight, shame. A few players to watch in that Ajax team though.
