The only drama with starting Macca and Gana in defensive midfield is there is nobody there with composure, and vision to pick a pass and set the tempo. They're great when we need to defend our guts out but when we need to control a game we will struggle with that pairing in midfield. I fully expect Barry to return against the shite.

If someone buys him and plays him as a striker we will be wondering why we never did!

Pickford looks like he will be absolutely class his reflex saves appear to be superb. The only drama is, I would like to sign him in January and have him on the bench, playing the cup games rather than league games, for the rest of this season, then have him in next year as our number 1. I don't know if that's the best option for him as he has first team football right now.

The lad must be 15/16 stone. Granted his work rate isn't the best but it's never going to be anywhere near someone's who is a fraction of his weight. So he isn't the best at defending, he isn't the best on the ball and he struggles to hold up the ball well. He's not that type of player though. Nobody is having a slice at Gana because he doesn't score enough goals are they? He has one job, to put the ball in the back of the net and he is very, very good at that, one of the best in the world. People want him to be more than he is, it's very unrealistic. If he did have every attribute what people wished him to have, we would have never had his services here at Everton.

With you on this one. Even when people slate him for playing bad he's always someone on the field that trys to get a win, trys to get the players around him pumped. Scores important goals too, and always has!

One of the few games I've not gone to this season, as I work away and can't really convey during the week. Sounded absolutely rocking.

Out for the Derby (unless they contest it? I'm not well up on those rules or time frames) Can't say I'm too bothered, he has been a different player this season.

What a surprise we have a whole host of players to choose from! Finally I have to think about who I want to give it to. Much, much better, well deserved, finally we battled for second balls and won them, finally we pressed a team, finally we looked like a team that cared. I'm going to go with Seamus Coleman, although it could have gone to McCarthey, Valencia or Gueye respectively. Coleman needs to take the captaincy next season.

All of that aggression will be wiped away in the second half when we realise we could get a point, then we will concede a goal and try and fight again. I guarantee it.

Koeman's tactics are awful. The players don't press and play long ball up to Lukaku. Players won't change the way Koeman sets his team to play, only he can do that. The firsthe few games this season seem to be off the back of the confidence the players inherited into the new manager, relived of RM and his demise.

Imagine if basic would have been fit this season we might actually have shown some passion or fight.

I hate saying this, but give him until January and if he's not improved he's got to go, nobody looks arsed what so ever and I'm not waiting around another 2 seasons for the club to sack someone.
