To be fair Sterling had a long purple patch and looked the real deal. Problem is that when he found his level it wasn't where it needed to be. City would swap sterling for Barkley in a heartbeat.

First goal he could have done better, but it's in no way his a fault. Kane has a sweet shot on him and shouldn't have been allowed to shoot. Second goal, Robles was to blame. But that doesn't excuse the defenders lack of taking responsibility. Three were to blame for the second goal.

Wasn't Morgan facing the opposition? To me it looks like he is facing the other way.

You need an accurate mean bit an average. A player can rack up 20 votes in one good match and be shot for the next ten. He still has 20 votes.

Am I missing something? Lookman? Ok his form has dropped slightly but he has still been one of our most dangerous players.

Reminds me too much of Howard. Howard was a good shot stopper, he would make five good saves a match but then let in an easy goal or make a mistake. When that mistake ends up in a goal.... that's the difference between a mid table keeper and a top six keeper. But he has earnt enough credit to keep his place. And other than his two mistakes, he was pretty solid. A good save from Kane late on.

Barkley. Tried on stop and have it his all. Defensively better today too. Rom close for his work rate and a goal that he pretty much made on his own. Defense were ridiculously bad. Reminded me of watching the defenders for the U23s midweek.

Pretty much ch dragged us back into it today to. Great individual goal. Real strength.

Saw it different. Saw a player dictating play. Not doing anything fancy but moving the ball around with absolute ease. Passing range was good and created chances. Not sure what else a team that are seventh are looking for,... maybe Messi and Robaldo combined? But it's all just perspective. Thought it was Ibra and Pogba that really let them down today.

Watched the match last night and to be fair City were on a different level than us. We seemed ineffective up top. Defense seemed to suffer from nerves. Gave the ball away cheaply over and over again. Hopefully they can put it right Monday.

Play Rooney in midfield that's his best position ow.
