  1. How dare you! When I go to buffalo I always have: Corn beef hash Sausage in some wierd sauce Scrambled egg And shit bacon! Need to put Tabasco on it for flavour! No hash browns? Wtf! Pancakes? That's fking pudding? Corn beef hash with no gravy? Haha seriously though I loved it. Went to work every day bloated haha!
  2. I argue the same with my missus all the time, then she hits fricken google every time. Apparently it's: Breakfast Lunch Dinner That's your three meals. And that fact because it's on google. Still in my house it's bloody: Breakfast Dinner Tea Supper Snack Bedtime treat!
  3. It's almost like Walsh works for him.... Walsh, come up with options and I'll pick who I want, not you! Surprising isn't it?
  4. City have a history of having a suspect defence, thought that was pretty common knowledge. The players mentioned were not deemed as good enough and only became prominent once they moved on. That doesn't make them good at city. Stats suggest that Hart is a very good keeper, not a shite one, so I'm not sure how that is being used against him. Funny how so many managers have been fooled, national and domestic.
  5. One more and I would have to call it our most successful window in a long time.
  6. Didn't they buy him from Shrewsbury? Hart isn't a world class keeper, but he is a very good keeper. He is also an easy target for fans, which shows. We should have stepped in when we had chance and tempted him here. Would have been a very good signing for us. Good shot stopper and very brave.
  7. Didn't ferguson have a good goal scoring record in his first spell? Something like 44 in 116? But then his second spell brought it down. Back on topic though....wow was that Rom who said that. Fair play to him, growing isn't he.
  8. Helped his former non league team financially to stop them going into admin. Nice of him.
  9. If the boss says no then there's a reason.
  10. We also have Dominic returning from injury. Anyone know when he'll be back?
  11. Silva. Yes he did well there, but that was more his command of his box than a save.....or am I thinking if a different one haha
  12. To be fair to Koeman he could have put stems back in against city. But he has obviously saw something in Robles and looks like giving him a chance. I would rather have Robles than Steks in.
  13. So you think against any average prem keeper they would have scored? I honestly thought our defence was good and that we didn't give them a clear shot on goal other than the ones Sterling hit high and wide....which to be fair ... didn't need saving. Watch the highlights again, you'll see the best chance was the free kick which was a basic standard save. I think he had a good game too, but my point stands....if you don't come necessarily shots you shouldn't concede goals, and any goalkeeper regardless of his level would get the same result.
  14. It happens pretty fast to be fair. Lukaku sprints at the ball and when he starts otoshitplayer is on his shoulder. You play football on instinct, not after surveying the field.
  15. And in any case Matt, your opinion doesn't count! You even rate Lukaku,... even though he has no first touch!
  16. I'm not critising him mate, I have been praising him for it recently. It's not a flawed logic either. A shit keeper with a world class defence is still a shit keeper. Even if he doesn't concede. Same as a world class keeper with a shite defence is still a world class keeper. But it's all subjective, you may be right and with a run of games he may end being a really solid keeper. And to be fair his recent outings have not done him any harm. I would just rather hold my judgement on him until I have saw more that's all.
  17. Pretty simple Matt, when not facing shots your unlikely to concede goals. If he faces shots where he needs to make better than average saves....and he makes them, then I might change my opinion of him. You think he has been making great saves while I think he has faced shots that a premier keeper should save. I don't want an average premier keeper, I want a top end keeper to take us another step. Take the city match. He has received a lot of credit for his performance and rightly so, even from me. But did city have any efforts that you wouldn't have expected 70% of premiership keepers to save? That's the way I look at him. A decent enough stop gap, but a stop gap all the same!
  18. Great, get him off the books and use his wages for someone else.
  19. Still don't think he is a number one though. I will judge him when he has a game where he faces a lot of shots and makes saves. Better than I give him credit for recently, but still hasn't had to face many shots on target really.
  20. Wait till he is in his last six months of contract, were free to sell and he is free to move then.
  21. Yes and I'll give him credit for being part of that too. He looks confident and can catch.
  22. I have been critising him regularly. But I have to concede that I have been wrong recently. He has been much better than I thought. My point about him not facing many shots though was the number of them. If you gave one and save it you are 100% But he is saving them when h faces them.
  23. Ye we do look better defensively I'll admit that. And I agree, it's not long enough for him to make his stamp on us. I hope that bringing the likes of Gana and Morgan in is a sign of things to come. I also like that he is looking at options to support Rom.
  24. But people were saying we look better mate. That was the response when a few pointed out that nothing much had changed. And it is all opinion. I mean Martinez left us with our biggest asset didn't he? Ok results were dire, but wasn't the argument for us being poor under Koeman due to the squad he was left from Martinez? Yet somehow he managed to get a result against city with that same team. It is all just opinion mate, and I hope that slowly everyone's changes to Koeman is the messiah! That will only happen if we start challenging and can only be a good thing.
