In my opinion....No! Even the games we have won, we have struggled up until we scored a goal. Watching us at times last year, we had 15 to 20 chances a match but failed to score. At times we looked like we could demolish teams. This year we are more solid defensively, but don't seem as potent in attack. But we need to give it time. If we get one issue sorted each week it won't be long until we really do some damage to someone.

That's a minor role for a captain. In gave you are instructed not to get into the rest face and argue. Decisions are made and the team needs to accept it and respond with football, not harassment. He does need to he vocal in leading the team though, that's what a captains main role should be, to lift your team and lead by example. We want a ref bully to lead the team then maybe loan Terry for a season.
