Absolute rubbish. I coach under 8s football. I go to watch Telford United in the northern conference. I do put money into grass roots football. But I also have a deep love for Everton. You think I should stop watching them to make a point? Do you drive a car? If you do does that mean you actively support ruining the atmosphere? Do you eat meat? If so does that mean got actively support murder of animals? I don't think you understand the level of money compared with top professionals to amateur players. Top players between 100k to 250k a week. Add onto that sponsors etc. Ameteur platers between -3.00 to -5.00 a week....Yes that is a minus sign.

It does matter yes. I work hard for my money and receive pittance compared to a football player. It also makes it more and more likely that I can't afford to go to the game. Football is moving away from the grass roots fan and into the executive market. I want it back.

Both our boys at the back had a few Everton moments, but I think more down to complacency more than anything. Ross had a strange one. Scored a goal, and a really good assist....but forgot he was on the pitch most the time. I'm blaming it on the opposition.

So pleased for Ross. Just scored a header in the second half for England.

Best squad potentially! But they need to show it now. We can no longer let these players have free run, they need to start fulfilling that potential now.

But we do have money don't we? Don't we also have TV money coming in next year? Don't our accounts also show we have cut debt a great deal? Haven't we spent 20m and also bid 20m for Yarmalenko? Just because we never got him doesn't mean we didn't have the money. One thing have done that other clubs haven't, is saved on interest by making loans to fund this windows transfers. Of course we need to analyse the next financial report before we can truthfully say.

Easy to answer this one. If he makes a few starts and prices himself. When he is given a chance and we all step back and judge the transfer with knowledge and an informative view. Not sure what world you have been living in but 500k gets you a coffee lady in the premier league. To spend that on a possible first team squad striker is not a gamble.

Looking at the SSN ratings he actually looks a very good player. If his aerial ability is reported correctly we could at last have a danger man on corners.

I know what your saying but I didn't mean it to sound like that. Although I am massively disappointed that we have no 10 come in, I am also happy with the players that have came in. If today we had brought in Cleverley, Gerry, More's and Leandro I am sure people would look at it a little differently. Fact is...I really don't know if the two unknowns are good signings or not. I'm trying to be optimistic that's all.

Still depends on performance for me. Webhave added a Cm, forward, winger and a defender so far. If they ate the eight people and it improves our team, squad and position then I'll be OK with it. Another few weeks of holding onto the ball and not hurting anyone and then I'll make a judgement.

Ye but Lescott is only worth 1m. You get what you pay for. Nit saying this guy will definitely prove worth it...but theres a chance he could be a good signing. Lescott is struggling to make the bench in the bottom half of the table.

I don't mind a loan deal as long as it's option to buy. Agree if we just get Lennon then there must be something wrong or someone needs sacking.

And yes Romey i am concerned. Bur I am still holding out for one more signing that would give us something to smile about. Especially after seeing Wednesday offer 10m for a player.

We lost two centre backs that were not going to make the team any longer. We brought I'm two replacements that cam fit onto the team. Again we let a reserve striker go and brought in one that may make our first team. We have also added another winger and a midfielder. Surely we look stronger now?
