dark
I couldnt agree more! put him on the bench and bring him back to earth. his last 4 or 5 games have benn shocking. However, Saha hasnt been much better..... What is the problem with patience? Louis Saha has just come from a bad injury, that left him un-playable for weeks. He's still probably recovering from that and the fact of being a subby for United. He's probably just fitting in to his new Everton surroundings and hoping to try and gel with the team and already he's getting stick? So far all Fellaini and Saha have got from the 'fans' is abuse, and its bloody stupid. Give them time!
aaron
time is against us atm, as much as i love it when yak plays good we do need him to start scoring again, i hate his dry spells.
Romey 1878
Moyes is obviously thinking that Yak can get a goal out of nothing, which he can, so is frightened to drop him. But that's sending out the wrong message to the fans and to the other players. If you don't perform then you forfeit your place in the side, that does not seem to be the case with Moyes, and that's for a few players this season not just the Yak. What must Vaughan be thinking? By all accounts he played well for the reserves and scored two goals, his confidence would have been sky high so why not take advantage of that? I get annoyed with a lot of Moyes' decision making. 12ubb3rduck
I think you guys are off the mark. its hard to score when u have no support round you whenever you get the ball. The Yak will score when we create him somthing.
Randomness
what we need from corners is the yak to be on the halfway line, because he loses the ball on the edge of the box too easily. at least if he does that on the half way line we have tome to react and recover. Have to agree with you there. Vaughan's time must be coming now and soon he's going to want first team football no matter where it is. Yakubu can score from nothing, and after paying a large sum of monet we dont really want to be dropping him, Moyes needs to. He's been giving the oppossition to many goals and scoring none for himself. He's been useless on the wing making no real input to the game's progression. what we need from corners is the yak to be on the halfway line, because he loses the ball on the edge of the box too easily. at least if he does that on the half way line we have tome to react and recover. Yakubu is a striker, so he should be in a striker's position from corners. Which is on the halfway line. We get the ball run into space, make a neat through ball for Yakubu who holds a defender off and slots the ball home.
The Regulator
Bench: Hibbert, Yakubu Play: Castillo, Anichebe/Vaughan Nevilee at RB and a combo of these 3 getting some games, vaghan has been flying so far and needs some first team action, anichebe never fails for us and someone will bid for him soon enough unless we show we need him Castillo has been the most underused signing ever, and im surprised considering in both our games he was lethal, i think moyes needs to re-evaluate who he puts on the pitch and more importantly where
jamiemaher85
Castillio is obviously not preforming in training at the moment or he would feature more heavily in the squad. He did make an impact when he first came but Moyes isn't stupid and there will be a reason why he's not being picked.
Bill
^^^ I agree with Regulator. ^^^ Castillo looked a better player than Fellaini, he scored a great goal for us and has'nt played since.
Louis
True, I'd forgotten he even existed. "Moyes has taken Castillo on loan for a year although there are possible third-party issues to be sorted out." - could be the reason although saying that he has played against Stoke in the league so who knows. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/200...15875-20714602/ It says Ince wasn't impressed so maybe Castillo is one of those players who doesn't train hard and this lack of effort in training is what is preventing Moyes from picking him. We can only speculate.
DonKey
We've been gash giving him any support. We all know he's not the kind of player to go chasing after the ball down the channels, but we still persist in doing it and expecting him to pull something out the hat. Give him chances and he'll score, but he's not ideal in a 4-5-1.

lawrietimson
I think we should attempt a two up front again. I know the Yak prefers being the only one, but at the moment he isn't doing his job in holding the ball up, so I think the only solution to this that involves Yakubu playing is to give him someone else up front to pass to and support. jamiemaher85
I'm pretty sure he has a hamstring injury. That was only recently. There has been quite a few games where he has been warming the bench. I think he is probably incredibly lazy in training, a bit like Yakubu is on the pitch at the moment.
