Peter H
A thread to post players to keep an eye on for the future. We all keep tabs on future stars. Can we predict as many as possible? I obviously take interest in future stars in Sweden but I also closely follow the German league. Here's one to start. Manchester City's 16 year old swede Zackarias Faour. Dubbed the new Ibra (as so many young Swedish players are) Here is a goal he scored the other day for Man City u16. He has now scored 4 goals in the last two games. http://www.101greatgoals.com/blog/golazo-zackarias-faours-sand-wedge-chip-for-man-city-u16s-gif/ Lowensda and pete0
Hafnia
George Green - my guess is by end of next season will have made first team appearance John Stones - my guess is that he will get England cap by end of next season - after world cup the likes of Cahill, Jags will needing to have their successors blooded in. He will have to fill out a bit. He currently looks like a pull through for a rifle. Nice interview with the boy on Soccer Saturday last week. Humble sort of chap. Seems Martinez tried to sign him while at Wigan.
Lowensda
Zakaria Bakkali, the one i'm now interested in more than most. Thorgan Hazard, spoken about him a lot and he's continuing to impress. Adryan Tavares, was at Flamengo when I took note but has just joined Cagliari on an 18 month loan (!?) . Be interesting to see if he can adapt. Mateo Kovacic at Inter, is incredible. You wouldn't know how old he was, if he played, he's like a seasoned pro already. Amazing. Edit - Link to Dream Team (Future Edition post) http://www.toffeetalk.com/index.php?/topic/24663-dream-team-future-edition/?p=316636 Edited January 17, 2014 by tenaciousj
bluenosetoffee
Antony Martial - Great striker who knows where the net is. In a couple of years will be a decent buy for any team. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyznmGLO8HE Callum Chambers for Southampton - I reckon in a couple of years will be as good as Coleman. Bakkali - PSV - Young Belgian footballer. Quick on the ball, good with his feet. If we could afford him I would want him at Everton. He would cost a bit though.
