These are the FA Cup rules:

DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS

(a) All Rounds Preceding the Semi-Finals

In all matches preceding the Semi-Finals, the Visiting Club shall have the right to claim up

to 15% of all accommodation for which tickets are issued providing these tickets are in a

fully segregated area, and subject to the following regulations:

(i) The request for tickets shall be made within two days of the draw.

(ii) The tickets allotted to the Visiting Club, if numbered and reserved, must be of equal

value to those retained by the Home Club.

(iii) In cases of replays, the Club playing away in the replay must make a request for

tickets prior to the original match in order to ensure that the replay tickets are in the

possession of the club playing away in the replay at the latest immediately on

conclusion of the original match.

(iv) The Visiting Club shall be responsible for the payment of all tickets asked for and

allotted, unless otherwise agreed between the Clubs in writing with a copy sent to The

Association. All questions in dispute shall immediately be referred to The Association.

(v) The Visiting Club should settle with the Home Club for sales of tickets on or before

the day of the match.

(vi) Any tickets not sold by the Visiting Club should be returned to the Home Club with

their statement of tickets sales.

(vii) In the Competition Proper, a Visiting Club shall be entitled to one third of the seats

usually reserved and known as “Home and Visiting Directors’ Seats” up to a

maximum of 24 seats.

(viii) Where disabled facilities are provided, a Visiting Club shall have the right to claim up

to 15% of this accommodation.

(ix) Where it is deemed desirable, the Professional Game Board shall have the right to

vary the allocation of tickets to the Visiting Club, or require a match to be made all

ticket.

( B) Right of entry and security

(i) Wherever possible, match tickets should be overprinted with a hologram to help

eliminate the possibility of counterfeit tickets.

(ii) All Clubs in the FA Premier League and the Football League must impose the same

Ground Regulations and Ticket/Season Ticket Conditions for matches in the

Competition as are imposed for FA Premier League and Football League matches (or

in the case of any Club which is not in the FA Premier League or the Football League

in substantially similar form). Example Regulations and Conditions applicable for

such matches are available from The FA upon request (the “Standard Regulations”

and “Standard Conditions”). Clubs outside of the FA Premier League and Football

League should issue any necessary additional ground regulations or ticket conditions

to ensure that equivalent regulations and conditions to the Standard Regulations and

Standard Conditions apply to their matches in the Competition.

Arsenal say they have not provided the maximum 15% due to persistent standing from Everton fans.

We know it's bull, they want to make the most of the home advantage, who can blame them?

They did the same to Spurs and Liverpool... concerned about pyrotechnics in the upper tier of visitors section.

Our away support is louder than the home support so 5,186 will take care of the @55,000 librarians on the day.

The response is simple. In the event of a replay, Arsenal get 3,440 seats instead of 6,000 as that equates to same percentage of 5,176 from just short of 60,100. We could just say we're concerned with having their smelly arses (pyrotechnics) on seats where a blue arse is likely to be for the next game.

Horrible club. Horrible fans, in the main. Think they're something they're not. Tin pot club all round.

I have a friend who is an Arsenal fan. The only games he's been able to get to for the last 10 years are early round Champions League qualifiers where even their own fans won't pay the ridiculous prices for watching some no-mark qualifier against a team from the back of beyond. This is because they have season ticket holders, then platinum members, then gold members then silver members then red members. The red members get the chance to scrap for one of 3,500 tickets, a month before the game. Wow! Even their own fans are categorised by wealth as to how deserving they are of watching their team in 3D at the cost of £100 a ticket for some games so why do we expect them to do us any favours? Just repay them. Limit their number of tickets and charge them £100 a time for the ones they do have, with a £1 discount for a restricted view. It's the match you're paying to see, isn't it, not the surroundings you're in?

Their game on Saturday against Stoke (fucking Stoke!) is a sell out. Silver and Red members can still buy tickets for the FA Cup quarter final against us. They would rather not sell the tickets than give them to us to sell.

And they charge the most for a pie!

Arsenal are a joke they offer their fans an early bird type scheme to secure their season ticket, get the money in and then sell their best player!! Sound familiar? They aren't worried about safety they know we will turn it into a home game

We should reduce their allocation for the league game at Goodison due to fears of having too many knobheads in the away section.

wouldnt want us stooping to their level, would rather offer them the difference more, just to prove a point and look smug

Bit harsh mikeo I know cotto isn't the most liked on here by some folk lol but he was only asking a question hee hee

what was harsh, simple point I thought? :dont know:

im not happy the way we sell our allocation for away games, I understand that we have a great away support but for cup games I think season ticket holders should be involved in the allocation,if you don't go early games you then cant get on the list.

But then if you get a ticket ahead of guy who goes to every away game then thats not really fair either
