I find it quite boring and tedious. Never watch it and very rarely have. I don't think enough happens in the sporting world to warrant a channel completely dedicated to it so it's far too repetitive. When there's a lot going on (Saturday afternoons, transfer deadline days or whatever) I prefer the BBC coverage over different outlets....5live, TV, online.
