Bailey Posted January 13, 2023 Report Share Posted January 13, 2023 Im not sure I want us to sign Coady. He has been a lot better than I expected, especially in a 4 man defensive line but he just has massive limitations at this level that can only be overcome by playing in a way to protect him. If Lampard gets sacked and we go to a manager that wants the team to press high up the pitch, we would need to sign another defender to replace him.
