aaron Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 good luck to them, but please wright dont come back Quote
Adam Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 Yeah thats the worry that Wright might still come back if we don't bring in another goalkeeper does that mean that he doesn't think that Turner or Ruddy are good enough as back up? Can't beleive that Pistone is leaving!!!!!!!!!! Quote
aaron Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 i heard a rumour we was after boltons keeper...it was in a newspaper a few weeks ago, probs just paper talk. Quote
GoldfishMemory Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 You'd think as a matter of pride Wright wouldnt come back even if asked, I know he's shite and every one has to earn a wage but surly enoughs enough for him and us!! Quote
Bill Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 Cant believe moyes can come out and say we might have to bring another keeper in, what message does that send out to Turner and Ruddy, Next thing you know they'll be wanting to leave. :sad01_anim: Quote
Dunny the Blue Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 I bloody hope not cos they both have fantastic keeper potential. Thing for me is, there too similar in terms of age, meaning that Turner will play untill he's either shite or knackred, then Ruddy can step in but by that time he could be poking at the 30's and were looking for his replacemnt too??? Still all the best to Wright and Pisto, shame really - NOT! Quote
BedfordBlue Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 Ruddy isn't good enough. When Rushden & Diamonds had him on loan he was one of the worst keepers we have had. Quote
KillaGTiR Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 yes that some of the drift wood gone out of the club Quote
KillaGTiR Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 so sad and what a waste of money that was Quote
Zed Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 (edited) He is laughing all the way to his offshore bank, the twit Edited May 15, 2007 by Zed Quote
KillaGTiR Posted May 17, 2007 Report Posted May 17, 2007 Pistone has not figured in the first team since being carried off against Bolton on August 21 2005 with a serious knee injury less than a month after returning to the club. Quote
StevO Posted May 17, 2007 Report Posted May 17, 2007 Ruddy isn't good enough. When Rushden & Diamonds had him on loan he was one of the worst keepers we have had. tempted to send that to the rubbish post thread! Quote
