I picked Bily he played really well, a really hard tackle at the end a yellow card is all it required IMO.

He's had a bit of stick recently not least off me but Fellaini was much improved today. Baines, Cahill, Yobo and Johnny also played well (in fact I thought the whole performance was an improvement on recent games) but vote goes to Felly.

Tough choice. The whole team played hard I thought, despite the result. But it was a good opponent. Gave it to Bily.

i know it's all about opinions but I really am amzed that Fellaini and 'Bily' got MOM votes for yesterday. I though both where piss poor and ineffectual, apart from scoring but that doesn't warrant a MOM. The Yak, for me, was by far the best player, strong, held the ball up, brought others into the game and with a bit better service could have been the match winner.

the yak looked good, neill looked good, cahill ran his arse off, i still think jack needs a week or two in the sun, baines looked good and i think we could have had 3 from some of bily's corners (felli should have got an easy one) gave it to bily in the end (purely because he got the goal), cant wait to see him when he works up a good partnership with baines, and pienaar and arteta back in the side.

What's with Bily's face in Mike's posted photo? He looks like an orc from Lord of the Rings.
