No, I think he simply tossed it towards the pitch, just unfortunate that Diouf was so close.

You are right by saying Diouf is a nasty piece of work though I think he has twice been reprimanded for spitting at people.

A bit harsh on Diouf I believe!.....He didn't ask to be born with the lips of a camel.

Be very careful, as though I don't believe you are being racist it could easily be seen that way. As for Diouf, let's not waste any further comment on that man.

How is Blue 250's comment racist even in the slightest? "Lips of a camel" is surely just a comment about how both spit so much. Not an ounce of racism in that comment.

I know that plonker, but as I remarked if you bothered to read what I said before that some may take it further than it should go.

But how could it be viewed as racist? Is calling someone a camel a racist slur that I have not heard before. I know that you said that you didnt think Blue 250 was being racist but that the statement cold be seen as being racist, I jst dont see how his comment can at all be viewed with racist conotations.

If one knows what Camel lips meant, then it's plain and simple. However if one didn't know and was called it, then that individual could be offended. Every country has different lexicon and regional phases, just has to be wise and sensitive when applying them. Not that difficult to understand I imagine, so hopefully we can get back to topic.

Nothing racist there (not very pleasant though  )

I'm just interested to know which country (or region's) lexicon uses the phrase in a racist manner.....maybe one could update the entry for them?

Can we get back to talking about Diouf please....people keep wandering off topic  !

As for Mr Diouf, and his nasty habbit he shares with camels (spitting)....then I make an unreserved apologise for linking the aforementioned!......TO ANY CAMEL READING THIS, SORRY FOR THE SLUR :)

Diouf is scum and shouldnt be allowed to play football. Professional footballers are supposed to be role models, some slip up (theyre only human after all) and some are too good to let go even when theyve done wrong.

Diouf isnt a good player and has slipped up too many times. Liverpool and Big Sam should both be punished for introducing him and keeping him in this league. i hope he gets a ban and a realistic fine, you know what i mean, something bigger than a weekly paycheck...

What amazed me about the incident is the incredible hearing abilities of those Everton fans in that corner. Maybe they can all lip read, but within a second of him saying something to the useless ball boy they were standing up 10, 15 or more rows back and giving Diouff some stick.

How could they tell what he said?

I don't think that they did hear what they said and I dont think they would pretend that they did. The fact that he reacted angrily to the ball boy doing his job is why they reacted angrily. The ball boy's throw was hardly voilent towards Diouf, it was just misjudged and the fact that a grown man thinks its ok to berate a child (whether this was racially or not doesn't matter for this point). Diouf is supposed to be a man, he is supposed to be some sort of role model and having a dig at a kid is not on. He needs to grow up, he never will though.

If youve ever sat in the crowd at a football match somes times you can hear what they are saying when your near the back when its quite, so you can definately hear what is being said from 5 years away. As someone else also pointed out, they are all having a go at diouf because he should know better than to have a go, especially at a kid.

I found it quite funny as well that a ball boy in front of the away fans was cheering every time we scored, this really insensed some of the blackburn supportors who it seemed were asking for the ball boy to be hung drawn and quatered for such a crime. I laughed out loud at their antics in telling stewards and police of the boys crime

well, the blackburn players stayed over in the radisson i think it was before the game the other night, my sisters mate works there and gets to speak to all the players, as she can serve them etc, blackburn players went into town saturday for a piss up, when there not allowed, they came back and diouf and sum other fella who my sisters mate didnt recognise went upstairs with 2 birds, later on the 2 birds got off, and diouf asked for 1 condom to be brought upstairs, my sisters mate had to take it in an envelope, unaware at the time it was a condom, and she said diuof answered the hotel door with nothing on, apart from holdin his tic tacs with one hand while recieving the envelope in the other, he then closed the door, But there was no girls in the room! My sisters mate only found out what was in the envelope when she came back down, and the next morning, they got speaking about someone, who i cant remember, but diuof said that his wife knew this other girl really well and my sisters mate turned around and said well what was that condom for in front of his whole team, they were all meant to have gone quiet haha, someone told me today he likes men aswell, i hadnt heard that before i dont think, but it seems he likes a bit of both lol :gay:

Diouf could potentialy be in serious crap here. Fans throwing Banannas? Video evidence, witness accounts all suggest that nothing was thrown at him. Making false allegations, especially to the authorities, could see FA bans, Legal representatives from EFC involved, fines and if found guilty of racism, may still get finned from Blackburn. He's an idiot anyway, feel sorry for the lad if it's true.

It's a crazy claim and I personally saw nothing of the sort. I think someone through a hotdog bun at him at one point, but thats hardly the same thing and will only have been done because he's a fucking idiot not because of colour. The crowds reaction to him was purley because of his past and his character. He is entering dangerous waters by making claims like this, if it had been left at claims about the lines man then it would have been swept away and forgotten. If this claim gets picked up then everyone could end this stinking of crap.

Well to be honest there is small racist element to a minority of Everton supporters, so I wouldn't automatically discount it though I believe it's tit for tat from Diouf. Racism is unacceptable, and saying we wouldn't tolerate it yet do nothing about it is also unacceptable.

I've been to away games where players and fans have been racially abused by our own, yet refused to stop until the majority turned on them. There are xenophobic forums, namely Kipper, who treat racism as a joke/entertainment. Point being is let's clean up in-house, then we can truly hold our heads and rubbish Diouf or any other claims. And I hope THIS time I get objective responses, as hatred is something I detest when misplaced.

Racism is rife everywhere; wherever groups of people are gathered there will a racist element and it'll come out if the opportunity presents itself. The Everton crowd is no different from any other (although we were historically one of the worst) and I don't think it'll ever be completely eradicated sadly.

Things are a lot better than they were but how to get rid of the hardline morons (or educate them) who are a small but still significant minority I really don't know. All anyone can do as an individual is to not keep quiet and ignore it, make it known that you find it unacceptable.

The Assistant Referee was standing right there next to Diouf. He must have certainly heard it if Diouf said "Fuck off white boy". At that point he must start frantically waving his flag to get the referee's attention and Diouf should have gotten a card for that.

Therefor I doubt if he said anything of that sort.

well sadly racism is a problem still wherever you go and at every football ground you will have some stupid idiots who still have racist views. However Diouf stating Bananas where thrown at him is a different level of racism at a football ground as this is something that will have been pre-arranged. I did not see bananas thrown at him at any point. Nobody I have spoken to have seen bananas thrown at him. it's a dangerous claim from Diouf as if true it shows that our fans have decided to racially abuse a player before the game rahter than something slip out in the heat of the moment (i'm not saying this is acceptable though, it's not, but pre=planning a racist attack is worse, and bringing something like a banana to a ground with the sole purpose of throwing it at a black player is unnacceptable).

Personally I dont believe that bananas where thrown at Diouff and he is just throwing tis wild accusation out there to move the story on from himself.

I have not heard racism from my seat for a long time, though around 5 years ago when I sat in the Bullens End I did occaisonaly hear things. I however have not heard or witnessed racist abuse in Goodison for a long time, it's not something I expect at all and last season when I went to Stadium Of Light and heard racist comments from a few Sunderland fans I was really shocked as I didn't expect it from modern society anymore. It's a sad world when crap like this prevails.

saying all this i'm glad that things in England have moved on from the bad days, and the have, in comparison with countires like Italy and Spain (though they are improving). The racial abuse in Italy is still awful. Players like Mario Balotelli still get huge abuse, even when he represtended Italy he got abuse, one Juve game had to be played behind closed doors becasue the racist abuse was so bad, and this is from what would be considered one of the more civilised European countries. As bad as things can be in England its childs play compared to the crap that some people have to put up with in other "civilised" european countires.
