  1. It would have been nicer to face Leicester when they were still playing badly. All the more beautiful our victory will be then.
  2. I'd beg to differ on the first statement, it looks like EFC is trying to increase the tempo, while LFC is trying to decrease it and grab control. EFC plays nice aggressive, but fair, football and it makes me have a positive feeling about the 2nd half. Even at the cost of passing accuracy, the blues are still shaking LFC up on that pitch. We could bring this back, I'm sure of it. LFC doesn't play charismatically, I hope EFC come back in 15 minutes with a big bag of confidence and focus on Mignolet's goal.
  3. Yeah but look at the replay carefully... Look at his dribbling pattern leading up to the contact: the way his right foot moves seems entirely in line with [edit: in line with the dribbling moves] and also look at where his eyes are... Sure his foot lands on his ankle, which is why I'm sceptical, but if you look at it in a 'sterile' way, it looks like it's probably entirely unintentional.
  4. I don't know man... I feel like the ref has blown twice against EFC in a row now for 'faults' that I felt were unintentional... Barkley was just focusing on his own dribbling there and Holgate was just rugbytakled down, what did he even do wrong... Trying not to be biased here;.. but come on... Overall very enjoyable game though
  5. Not really avoidable imo. You see it happen all the time and Lukaku is at that level. Even Higuain went from Napoli to Juventus, and Napoli is still a team that does play European football... Juve just gets more prizes. It sucks, but strikers like Lukaku go to "big" teams sooner or later, the kind of club that wins prestigious stuff (and additionally can pay good wages, always sweetens it, doesn't it). Not rly much else to say about it, is there? Other than the frustration from our perspective as fans that everything is always so secretive and all info we get is the typical 'official communication' blablabla and strategic, but utterly worthless, statements from agents.
  6. I'm very surprised to see that Lukaku has now equalled Duncan Ferguson's club record with 60 EPL goals for EFC. The reason that that number looks really low for a club historical record... is because it only pertains to the Premier League, not the Premiership. So Dixie Dean (383 goals!), Graeme Sharp etc... was before the EPL days.
  7. It's actually not bad at all if you're rich and western.
  8. Everton playing on Sundays and Mondays more than any other team in the EPL Instead of Friday/Saturday like the rest of the world. Nothing bothers me more about EFC than this.
  9. I'll explain in a PM, I don't think expressing my opinion in this topic is a wise idea at the moment:
  10. I just wanted to point out that if a European thinks Trump isn't a worse alternative than Clinton, that it rather shows independent thinking rather than blind copy-pasting of newspaper/tv reporting. But I hope that what I express here, an opinion that doesn't seem popular, doesn't affect the facet through which my EFC-related posts would be viewed.
  11. This is the most poignant thing about all this. Looks like European news reporters have succesfully diverted your attention to trivial things and convinced you to feel strongly about it. Those downvotes on my post are shocking.
  12. Not sure what you're referring to, but I'm talking about the biggest hidden genocide in the world.
  13. It's good to be a bookie at the moment I'd imagine How many people bet on a Clinton victory? something like 80% Hahaha! Silly people. Also a good moment to be an unborn baby I'd imagine. Hopefully a number more will survive in the coming years than if Clinton were president. Never forget the important things. It's easy to make Trump look like a disaster, but it's genuinely not as bad as he's made out to be. Presidents aren't as powerful as they're sometimes said to be. The USA can be glad about this result. Lots and lots of salty comments around the internet, but that's of course a direct result of the high degree of polarization. People think it's a disaster. Nah it's not.
  14. The Tomb Raider reboots (2013 Tomb Raider and Rise of the Tomb Raider) are amongst my favorite modern games and must-haves! The two Tomb Raider reboots by Crystal Dynamics since 2013 are entirely different from the other Tomb Raider games. Very very up to standard. Often compared with Uncharted 4, but imo they're better.
  15. The pastic and cliché communication from football clubs and players on social media. Always the same "ultra-correct" nonsense devoid of every human emotion. Why can't we all be like San Marino:
  16. Fifa 17 tries to avoid situations like this by asking the player to increase the difficulty level if it seems too easy for them.
  17. Apparently Youtube was coded by an Everton fan. Is that you, @MikeO?
  18. It is. That's because there's a small bit where Harry Kane acts in it. Was that West Ham guy SpencerFC from Youtube by any chance?
  19. I played some of The Journey in Fifa 17. You can actually pick a EPL team for Alex Hunter to support, so I picked EFC. Very interesting to play him as a youngster with pretty poor stats relatively trying to get in good games... I like how they let stars in each EPL team play a role as well, so for EFC that was Baines and especially Lukaku. I made it to first substitute as a CAM. But now the assistant manager told me I should go on loan in the Championship to improve myself. It only let me pick between Newcastle (ugh...) Aston Villa (boring) and Norwich City (I went with that one...). But I wish it let me pick between every single Championship team... I really did focus on my character (Hunter) in my sub appearances for EFC, so Hunter became top scorer and top performer in the whole Everton squad despite EFC buying Harry Kane.... I was even EPL top scorer after the first 5 games and made EFC number 1 in the league table... which makes me wonder why they'd let me go to the Championship
  20. Parents who claim victim-hood over the misery of their children.... towards their children. Hasn't little Jimmie been through enough as it is without you two burdening him with your dramatic entitlement to victim-hood over his own demons?
  21. Honoured to announce the TT videogame of the season 15-16! Fallout 4 Honourable mentions for: Rise of the Tomb Raider Fifa 16 Uncharted 4 Doom Overwatch Mad Max
