Coleman is coming back from injury west brom will be his match back to make sure he's healthy I imagine. Oviedo is out so he won't play. I'd like a win here, because we've been so awful in the past, now is a good time to change our fortunes and win this thing. Free Europa and a trophy victory are great. COYB

Benteke injured again. For this wishing we got him instead of rom he just can't stay healthy and missed a whole campaign practically already. Rom has been pretty healthy for the majority of the time with us, missed a little time here and there but that's to be expected from any footballer logging serious minutes.

Honestly I think his aim is to win either cup. A full go at reading and we'll be farther than we have been in years in the league cup. A lot of teams sleep on this one is included and I think it's there for the taking.

it's all famine right now for both welbeck and bony. bony can't score or assist and welbeck is out half the campaign. lukaku is better than both at the moment which isn't saying much but he's playing and has more goals and assists than both.

Must win for me, it will be Tuesday so short rest for those who played saturday but a must win for me. I'd like to see this lineup Robles Browning Jags Mori Galloway McCarthy Gibson/Barry Lennon Barkley Gerry Lukaku Stones took a couple knocks in the Swansea match so I'm resting him here. Have Gibson in there if fit he can give Barry a rest to keep Barry fresh all season. Other than that it's a solid lineup. Lennon to cover for Browning and Barkley Gerry and ROmelu give it a go with pace and attack.

not good enough. 3 points was there for the taking. mirallas needed to be on 20 minutes earlier and naisy/lukaku needed to be off for lennon. a draw is fine and clean sheet, but we could have won. barkley, stones, barry all had great matches. without any attacking fullbacks we are missing the width, so without coleman/baines we needed true wingers, shame we could have had that. let's hope we go all out at reading.

baines had 9 last year, don't see galloway getting more than the 1. decent player but a CB for me unless we want to go old school back 4 without attacking fullbacks.

Yes Pete wasn't talking about defending just his attacking is non existent and bombing fullbacks is our whole attack plan.

You can tell Galloway isn't a fullback, he gets to the attacking third and freezes with the ball. Can't step over, doesn't have the pace to get to the byline and cross and can't link up. He's had a couple shots on the box today that baines would have buried. I miss leighton
