Exactly, I feel PSG may be open to him leaving as his re sale after next season would be nominal but he could still offer a lot. We are so reliant on Allan to provide presence and energy. The premier league is so competitive though that no team can really guarantee champions league football every year. Over the next few years Man U, Chelsea, Spurs and maybe even liverpool might find themselves in this competition while an Everton, Leicester maybe West Ham take a Europa or champions league spot. Take what we get and get a squad capable of competing in all comps!

If we can’t compete in this European cup and the premier league then we aren’t remotely ready for champions league or Europa. Playing mid week in Europe is a vital step in progression.

Players back from injury, surely a bit of added desire from the weeks events. Maybe just the push we need to mount 1 last challenge Europe.

The fa has a golden chance to grip its authority back and get some respect. No punishment or accountability will be a huge show of weakness. I don’t want for one minute this to be the reason we make Europe but these 6 clubs made a disgraceful decision and must be made accountable.

Proud of our clubs response first and foremost. As ever we are leaders when it comes to integrity and putting the public first. However, i don’t see Fifa, UEFA or the fa really doing anything to punish these 6 teams apart from a big fine that only lines their pockets. Football has been corrupt for a long long time. The fa will never punish these 6 teams to an extent that keeps them out of Europe, let alone threaten them with relegation.
