Makis got a reaction from holystove in Ronald Koeman
Oh, and while we are at it, Pochettino's results against that lot this season so far is: W: 3, D: 3, L: 3. So if Spurs win ManU they will better Koeman's results from last season by one point.
I'd say Pochettino seems worse against those teams considering he has a much better squad than Koeman has had.

This, it's not rocket science they have far better players better squad depth and that winning mentality (Derby games prime examples)
We need to bridge the gap season by season it won't happen overnight and it will take time money and patience, if you think a change in manager is going to turn a mid table side into a top five side in such a short period whilst outing the shite Martinez left us with your delusional

Where do you get these valuations from? Sigurdsson alone is 25 million MINIMUM.

here's the quick and easy
WITHOUT SELLING LUKAKU
matt thinks we add 5 players for 70m this summer
c1982 thinks we add 10 players for 100m this summer
mjb thinks we add 5 players for 30m this summer

Sounds perfect for West Ham. Manages about ten games per season and gets a huge wage for that.

Makis got a reaction from London Blue in Harry Maguire
Blaming him for both of Lukaku's goals is ridiculous. That backpass was shocking, no way any defender can expect that.

Makis got a reaction from holystove in Brexit...
Because it is a core EU value and if you want free access to the economic zone you need to accept that as well.
Soo... USA in the 19th century had free migration to keep fiefdoms in check? And I don't get the reference to the USSR. They had forced mass migrations but for a long time ordinary people were not allowed to move without permission.
Interesting economic predictions about the Brexit: https://twitter.com/AlexWhite1812?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw

I have to say I can't figure out what EU has to do with half the points in Paul's message. And some are downright misleading. For instance, Germany didn't say that, some in Germany did. Thing is, Germany doesn't decide this alone even if they all agreed which they don't.
And while US wants certain things in the TTIP with the entire EU why wouldn't they want the same things with UK? Things like that ISDS and the point about the cosmetics. Plus TTIP is not a foregone conclusion yet anyways.
Finally there are quite a few points which I'm quite sceptical about (I doubt the UK government will do them) but let's wait and see.

Holgate can cover RB and if Barkley is out Koeman might go with 4-3-3 with something like Gana, Schneiderlin and Davies with Lookman and Mirallas on the flanks. But yeah, looks threadbare, especially wide players.

Different look on the guy from a Standard Liege fan:
He seems to like him.
Edit. How do you show a tweet here? Even the link disappeared.

Makis got a reaction from Sideliner in Ross Barkley
Problem with Ross is simple: where do you play him? He's clearly not good enough to build a team around. He's a strong runner with the ball, has an excllent shot and is physically strong. Unfortunately he doesn't really dominate the game like he should given his size. He should win many more contests. He also too often seems to lack focus, like first period against Hull. His positioning is also suspect so you can't really trust him to be in the right place when opponents have the ball.
So at a minimum he has to learn to be mentally ready every week, all game. This is something no-one else can force him to do, or even teach.

Could you talk more about food on this thread about Koeman because it sounds so interesting?
