Coady is consistently shit. Myko is not good either. This for me:
Godfrey - Tark - Keane - Holgate
-
Jarrad walks straigh in our first eleven. I think he's better than Coady and probably on par with Tark.

I could be wrong, but I don't think he is a player who you would be putting in the starting line up week in week out for a blood and guts fight to survive in the Premiership. I would not put him in a starting midfield ahead of Gana, Onana and Doucoure.
However, if we are losing a game by a goal or even stuck on a draw against a team who are just sitting deep then with 20-30mins to go and us just need something to happen then having an Isco available off the bench potentially able to add a bit of quality going in to that final 1/3 - he might be a very useful asset.
Alli last year - did fuck all really, but he did have an impact in that very important Palace game.
Isco is potentially somebody who could turn a loss in to a draw or a draw in to a win. 4 points might make a monumental difference to our season (could be around 10% of our total points!!). He may only need to make and impact on two or three occasions to provide value for a team like us. If we are losing a game, then nothing much else lost by bringing him on.
What potential game changers do others see on our bench?
He obviously has to be of the right character, but my guess is he will be playing to try and put himself in the shop window.
Or.. We start every game with Isco and sub him off after 2 goals lead?

What a huge difference, it's unbelievable!

Moshiri is the single worst thing that happened to us in the last decade. If it wasn't the stadium it would have been a complete disaster. I doubt his competence to run any business. He's not a leader, he is not a decision maker, nor he's good at managing finances. How the fuck is this guy a billionaire?!?

If I was in charge I would announce the manager in a press conference with four new signings just after the deadline.
-
If we go down I would love Bielsa to make the rebuild. I don't think he's able to save us from relegation though. Dyche can.

Did they sacked him already?!

To be fair Dyche is a manager I would fancy if he stick with us even if we got relegated.

The only reason the board turned up is to fire him. It better by Dyche because we need discipline in the squad. Ideally I'd have Frank as assistant because I think he's genuine in his love for the club.
I doubt he will take the lesser job. Perhaps he would be interested in some kind of a general manager/executive position, where he will run the club on behalf of the board? I would certainly have him around because I think he's a very good man manager.

Incredible player when fit. Unfortunately he's haunted by injuries and at 31 is definitely on a decline. Could be a decent signing, but I would much rather prefer Moffi instead.

Better players + same manager has a much greater chance of staying up than same players + different manager, at least in my opinion and taking into consideration our financial mess.
I do not agree. My opinion is not backed up by real data, but from my point of view a change of manager most of the time brings at least short term improvement if the team is failing miserably prior to the change. Same happened when Lampard came. We would have gone down with Benitez no doubt. Unfortunately Lampard's mojo only lasted this long. There's that second season slump that most managers experience. A new manager with a couple of signings can make a huge difference.

Anyone thinking that a new manager is the answer is kidding themselves. With this amount of toxicity with the board, there will be no feel good bounce. The club is dead and the rot won't stop with a new coach.
Lampard's record is abysmal, but I just don't see where we go from him.
I certainly do not believe a new manager is the answer to all our problems, but I think a proper manager can drag us out of this hole short term. Right now the most important thing is to retain our premier league status, and that with a good manager is definitely possible. Season is far from over, we must act now.

I've seen him play a couple of times. He's not worse than DCL on a good day, but is not Lukaku either. I think he's worth the 25m.

Some good news for a change
That's not very ambitious by him.

It has to be Gray. Onana deserves a shout out too. Godfrey looked solid. Doucs was the best substitute.

Godfrey was good until the last minute fuck up.

What has Gordon done to his hair now?
Looks like a K-pop star.

Well at least the leading goalscorer tonight is wearing blue.
-
I'm not surprised. We are playing shut up shop. That can win us a point here and there, but ultimately it's not enough for survival.

Iwobi loses possession and never tries to recover.

So, who's our manager tomorrow?

7 points in 4 matches (1.75 ppm) and then we only need 12 in 11 games (1.1 ppm)? Why are the following four matches so important?!
