    Do you support the invasion?

I'm not asking in a shitty way, just curious.

In no way. If you ask me should NATO interfere, I will give you the same answer. I just want this to end in thе least painful way and it is to let Russia do their thing and that is to cut down western influence in the country. I don't think they are formally going to annex Ukraine. Unfortunately any other scenario leads to a lot of casualties and losses for all.

I get your partisanship here but it is really in Putin's hands, not NATO's. The school bully can't expect the teachers to stand by whilst he beats up the rest of the class. NATO's fault is not being strong enough with Putin before.

Тhat use of words does not correspond to reality whatsoever. NATO has no authority over Russia. It's two military superpowers against each other. Ukrainian president just confirmed Russian troops took control over military airports in Kyiv. Russians are exercising blitzkrieg against 200k well prepared Ukrainian army. With the current pace of the conflict I expect Ukraine will surrender in a few days. How firm do you think NATO should act? What do you think can stop Putin right now, other than full blown world war out of which it's not certain who will come out victorious?

  3. We all condemn Russian invasion and wish Putin die, but it is in the hands of NATO to decide whether it will be WW3 or not. I fully expect the whole madness to be over in a matter of weeks/month should NATO not interfere, as it happened in Georgia in 2008 by the way. Putin wants cut down West influence in neighboring countries and stop further NATO expansion. Ukraine potentially joining NATO would be a huge blow to Russia dominance in the region, so he couldn't let that happen. There are unlikely to be many civilian casualties should NATO stay away. Otherwise we are all doomed.

I'm just a bit amazed at Russia's "red line," that Ukraine should never be allowed to join NATO, how in the world do they think they should be allowed to dictate to a separate sovereign state what they're allowed to do? They already have Nato states (Estonia, Latvia) bordering them; just don't get it, do they think Nato is going to invade?

But who made this conflict then? Why everyone thinks Russia will invade Ukraine?

In which case he might want to bring Moise there. Negotiate a deal with them providing we can have Donny. Unless Juventus have first option to buy Kean?

We sold Kean back to Juventus.

On 31 August 2021, Kean returned to Juventus on a two-year loan deal for a loan fee of €7 million.[48][49] Juventus have an obligation to buy in summer 2023 for a reported €28 million plus €3m add-ons.

Not interested in a manager because he hasn’t won anything as a manager. But wants to chose between Rooney or Duncan, who have both won? Fuck all!

You're entitled to laugh as much as you wish, but you did not get the point. I don't want them. I said I would rather have them over Lampard because of the reasons I mentioned. Pereira isn't my favorite either. I'm quite upset that the choice is limited between the two. I don't get why people favor Lampard оver Pereira though. The sole reason they point out he knows the league is аpplicable to a number of retired football stars who are at the beginning of their managerial career. Is he capable to save us from relegation? Why is he better choice than Pereira, Rooney and Duncan? Why aren't we calling Ole?

Fuck me, it's gonna be Pereira isn't it

Honestly why do people want Lampard? I don't buy the "he knows the league" argument. Truth is Pereira doesn't look qualified for this job, but at least has some level of experience and actual trophies in his CV. Lampard hasn't won a thing. His managerial experience is next to none. It's a difficult job he's facing here. There's nothing that suggest he could do better than Pereira. I am huge fan of his footballing talent and perhaps he will turn out to be fantastic manager, but we are in a very difficult situation and there's zero evidence he is capable to turn things around in a short manner. At this point I would much rather chose between Rooney and Duncan. At least they have sentiment towards the club and surely know the league as well.

  8. Any thoughts about Mourinho? I understand it might be unpopular opinion, but I think he's a manager who would thrive at a club like ours. If he's allowed to build a team from scratch, meaning he could sell whoever he likes and sign players of his own choice, he will be back to his glorious past. You see, he's not a bad tactician, has an eye for good players and his only downside is man management. Actually it's not quite a downside that, because he has a problem dealing with Prima Donnas and influential players within the squad who do not fit his system. Players who he brings in always perform and rarely let him down. Probably that's the reason for his downfall, because he's only managing top sides that do not allow him to make complete overhaul of the first team squad. If Newcastle manage somehow to beat the drop, I can see them being all over him in the summer.
