  1. Get off the racist bus mate if you think anyone on here has an issue with his modelling because he’s black then you couldn’t be further from the truth. I would love you to show any posts that have led you to that opinion, or any article from another source. To be honest I’m fucked off you would try to tar me with that brush, jog on mate.
  2. That could be because Labour know they have little chance and don’t wish to divide the vote against the Tories which could help them secure the seat, well I hope that’s the case a win for the LibDems would be a win for all non Tories.
  3. If there was no smoke then there wouldn’t be articles written on the subject.
  4. The magazines decide when they are going to publish the photos not the model, and that was the same for DCL they paid him so they called the shots on that and it’s said they published them when it didn’t ideally suit him but gave them greater exposure.
  5. He did your right and Jonjoe didn’t unless he made a German magazine we don’t know about. But the question should be after his football put DCL on the map did his embracement of the modelling career impede his ability as a footballer, I don’t believe it can be completely ruled out of the question.
  6. He had an amazing start to the 1st 3rd of that season, was average for the 2nd 3rd and poor for the last 3rd. Just trying to add a bit of balance to his last season as you seem to be saying he was rocking it all season when in fact he wasn’t, the article posted by GG would seem to confirm that, whether or not it was just a coincidence that his form dropped dramatically in February down to his modelling career is obviously up for debate, but sometimes as they say there’s no smoke with out fire.
  7. That’s a very interesting article and proves both arguments of his extra curricular activities have merit, personally I don’t believe any player who is in the top tier of football should be working outside his contract with his club, most are paid in excess of 5m a year for that privilege everything they have should be given to the club when it comes to work. Yes of course have hobbies in your free time that take you out of the media circus, so you truly relax chill and recharge batteries, but taking paid work with someone else setting the agenda can not be classed purely as a hobby no matter how you dress it up, football isn’t just a game of ability it’s a game that requires immense focus and a clear head. Are we witnessing with DCL that he is unable as some others have been to multi task which is affecting his football unfortunately I think so.
  8. Bet he drinks red wine straight from the fridge.
  9. There you go there’s always a silver lining if you wait long enough.
  10. Never mind Big Dunc PeteO has re-emerged.
  11. Didn’t understand the first bit but definitely agree with the last bit.
  12. You won’t win anything with youngsters. Famous last words
  13. Agreed 10th is just building your expectations up and heaping pressure on Lampard, we are at rock bottom let’s keep sensible and realistic there’s a lot of work to do with this squad repairing the damage of the last 7 years, thanks to our illustrious owner and his flock.
  14. So who cares? It’s not going to be removed so like all of us learn to live with it
  15. For me Monaco has had its day as a race course it doesn’t work in this day and age, to call it boring today would be an understatement, please no more of this shit it’s not entertainment
  16. Personally I feel our Achilles heel has been our defence in the last few seasons, Ancelotti got fairly lucky that Mina nearly played a majority of the season which was a massive plus for his defensive plan. I can’t see any positivity in keeping Holgate, him Keane, Godfrey and Coleman have formed one of the worst defence's in the league for a few years, only good thing this season was the emergence of Mykolenko and a couple of decent games from Mina. For me Holgate goes with Mina Keane and Godfrey if the right offers come in and Coleman becomes a back up and mentor for the younger players.
  17. Next season won’t be anything special it’s going to be a very tough campaign, one of rebuilding from bottom to top. I’m not expecting an instant turnaround far from it to much to do, 14th will be a good result anything beyond that would be excellent.
  18. Don’t hold your breath.
  19. He’s no better than what we have, and no leader we need a strong CB with a big voice.
  20. Who knows mate, I would hope money being equal he would see us being the better option, I know I would
  21. Don’t beat about the bush Matt just say it as it really is
  22. Wtf that is unbelievable I can’t comprehend the enormity of what you have posted, I’m totally gobsmacked that should be displayed just like that on media platforms in the hope it wakes up those who favour the right to bear arms into acknowledging there is a need for restraints in the gun laws in America.
  23. People did criticise others for what was said about DCL when the news broke about his issues, I was thinking you was going the same way with your post if not apologies, but for the record I sympathise with anyone who has debilitating mental issues, yet I’m not prepared to have them used as an excuse for bad performances if you are in such a place where you can’t function properly then you shouldn’t be playing. As a supporter I have expectations of what I want to see from a player and a team, and if my expectations aren’t met I’m going to criticise and look for reasons why they have performed like they did, but I’m not looking for fitness issues no player should be asked to play if their fitness means they can’t perform. In his interview after the game with Keane he was asked about his catwalk role, is this part of his life now defining him more of a person than as a football player, who knows but it shouldn’t be his main priority should be football.
