  1. Was it really good, just good, or just average.
  2. That’s the product of drinking red wine from the fridge.
  3. Pressure’s from all things in life can effect how you function. But let’s get some perspective on this how many players have you criticised in the past, and before doing so did you stop and consider before making your post I wonder if they have mental health issues, no you didn’t. The club would have known of his problems and wouldn’t of played him if he wasn’t mentally right and if he plays poorly like every player in the team we should have the right to critique him with out having to consider his state of mind.
  4. He’s going if we can off load him, abroad or possibly Championship no one in the PL would be silly enough to take him.
  5. I bet you did mate and with all that money you got I expect you now own an entire village in Turkey
  6. I would think the same in all fairness, yet as supporters we are unaware of his issues of mental health, so we judge him on what we see in front of us, he hasn’t nor the club blamed his mental fitness for his poor performances which I hope means he never had to play when his head wasn’t were it needed to be, that would have been wrong for him the team and the supporters, I have criticised his performances and I don’t feel any guilt about doing so as a player he was underperforming, now he has openly spoken about his problems we are all supportive of him as we would anyone who has heath issues, but that shouldn’t deter us from saying he’s playing shit when he’s playing shit, as we should be saying he’s played well when he’s played well. The Palace game showed he is turning the corner as a player and long may that be the case whilst he’s playing for Everton.
  7. Does anyone believe that his health issues have been caused by the pressure of football, or something away from football. I would like to think that playing football is the most therapeutic thing in his life the thing that takes him out of his bad space, has his injuries and long layoff been the catalyst for his mental health issues I never heard of any problems of this last season. As a fan who contributes to the coffers of the club I want to be able to critique a player concerning his ability on the pitch whether good or bad, what I don’t want is people lambasting me because I’ve criticised a player who has mental health issues, if he’s deemed fit to play then we shouldn’t be expected to keep quite when he’s having a complete nightmare, and I would hope no players would hide from bad performances behind mental health issues you should only play when you are mentally fit and prepared to play.
  8. I agree that individually we have some good players but as a collective we struggle to gel, Frank learned that they couldn’t play the way he wanted them to so changed his tactics to suit their abilities which had the desired effects of keeping us up but won’t improve us next season. It’s a tough one for many reasons but to be fair with a lot of players on big wages leaving as we have mentioned and maybe the 2 or 3 moving on I’m quite excited to see where this transfer window takes us, Everton are a big club and Frank should be a big draw with players things in my head are looking a whole lot better.
  9. I thought Mercedes made an error in not pitting Russell straight after Verstappen pitted, he may of came out a second behind Verstappen but may have had an opportunity to use DRS instead he stayed out for and completely lost pace.
  10. And that is what we need CB who can defend set pieces he is one of the the best in the league at clearing the ball with his head, and years at Burnley have taught him how to defend under pressure, he would be great bit of business in a position that we require some stability in. Lampard is reportedly looking for 2 CBs so him and one other, then we can off load any 2 of these Mina, Keane, Holgate, and Godfrey, and keep Branthwaite to develop him further.
  11. That’s opinions for ya in my view the standout performance was a Iwobi, because we are getting so use to his performances of late we seem to expect it as the norm now for him so don’t see it as standout, for me the opposite can be said of Ali because we are so use to seeing him do nothing when he does something it becomes standout, when in fact it is no more than average at best.
  12. Are we though or do we not suffer the struggles and stresses of trying to get by one day at a time, mental health issues aren’t the preserve of the rich and the famous and they manifest themselves in many ways, to generalise a large group of society as one thing or another isn’t actually well considered imo.
  13. I’ve just read on sky sports we have offered him 90k a week.
  14. I only posted vote 5-6 hours ago then I came across your post, not that it really matters in the grand scheme of things but I think my vote was after your count up.
  15. So much to do with no money to do it with, it’s going to be a very tough summer transfer window for Frank I think we will end up with couple of out of contract’s a couple of buys and a couple of loans. Hopefully this will be financed with the sales and wages of Mina, Allan, Holgate, Gomes, and Kenny, then possibly DCL and Keane if the right offer was made, and the wages of Delph, Gylfi, Tosun, and Elgharzy.
  16. If he left he would be the biggest miss of any player at the club, he has been the biggest reason we have done so well in the last 7-8 games and ultimately kept us in the PL. Frank and the board have to do what ever it takes to keep him here, if he goes in the summer we will struggle to replace him and struggle to progress as a team.
  17. I have a feeling that I may have voted for Iwobi against Palace after you had totted up final votes, if that’s the case then Iwobi finishes 4th on his own with 93 votes.
  18. I for one will be very surprised if we end up paying the reputed £40m he could cost us if he completes the required appearances, there was nothing to show he had kicked on yesterday from his 2nd half on Thursday which was adequate but not above average. I personally think he will be moving on in next Jans transfer window.
  19. Paul Pogba should be charged with taking money under false pretences, I dislike all players who don’t give a fuck about the clubs they play for yet are quite happy to pick their wages up every week.
  20. I’m feeling brilliant so happy we didn’t have to go to Arsenal and get something from the game, but read an article today that takes a bit of shine off it saying Leeds and Burnley together have petitioned FA and are looking at legal action because we never suffered a point’s deduction for breaching FFP rules by a huge sum.
  21. Lampard’s most game changing decision was to bring Iwobi into the heart of the midfield form his wingback position, as soon as that happened the game changed.
  22. In your opinion, yet based on the most recent posts in front of yours why do you believe your post would be unpopular.
