Really, well thank god your not a manager as your person management skills suck. As has been said different people need different methods to motivate them, part of the job of a manager is to find what each player needs and to give it to them. Thank God we appear to have a manager who appreciates this.

On the subject of Stones and City, I have to say they look the real deal under Pep. I can see them dominating the league and going a long way in the champs league. On the subject of better players, for where we are now and what we need to get to the next level then Gana and Williams are the right choices. They give us dynamism and steel in midfield and stability and experience in defence, this is what we lacked last season and their addition has made us a much better side.

Can't disagree more, if there is one player who lives and breathes the club its Ross. When I have seen him play you can see the desire to win, to play well for the club and the fans. That's half the problem, sometimes he tries too hard, he doesn't relax and play his natural game. He needs to improve his consistency, but now he has a coach who I believe can develop him. He is a young player and there will be ups and downs. He has only had one bad game in 5. Lets encourage him and get behined him, as he is very much a confidence player. If we don't then we risk forcing him away or harming his development. Lets not forget he was very good in the first 4 games, 2 goals and an assist.

He has that x-factor, in that he is unpredictable and that can be a great asset.

Why I really respect Koeman, he will explain these things to his players, and hopefully they will learn and improve.

He is a confidence player, being left out of the England squad dented his confidence. Yes he was poor then but he played well in the 4 other games he has provided 2 goals and an assist. I am a Barkley fan, but he is talented and a true blue, he is also young and inconsistent. He needs support and time.

Koeman has installed a winning mentality in the players, he will not tolerate "average performances". I think there are also a few players who will want to prove a point, Barkley, Mirallas, Lukaku, Baines, I think we will win by a couple of goals.

This is the most important game of the season for us so far. We have started well, but must kick on after the international break. Sunderland did us at Goodison last season, but we are a different team now. Moyes will want to get one over his old team and show Kone that Sunderland is the team for him. Koeman will not accept anything other than a win. A strong performance led by Barkley determined to show Allardice how wrong he was to leave him out, Lukaku who has found the net and Baines who has found his confidence after Martinez. I expect us to win and hope we win well.
