Does it in someway go to prove that they are targeting civilians, or just kill anything that moves in the hope that they maybe Hamas fighters. 
I don’t rightly know and don’t suppose we will ever know what the truth is behind this continuing senseless killing, but what I do know is them children stood there talking should not be subjected to witness such slaughter at their age and in their lives ever. 
And sadly there stands before us the terrorist or freedom fighters of the future, because they will grow up with a hatred for is Israel and Jews, cemented in their hearts by the Israelis themselves, this is why peace will never happen when people so young have to bear witness to such atrocities, it just fuels the hatred for the next generations.

Not the case, his goals per minutes played far out stripped DCLs, the biggest problem was he wasn’t given a fair crack by Dyche. 
He has shown what he is capable of, look at his goal against Chelsea the end of last season, control, strength, power, and accuracy, that’s what he can do given the opportunity, he needed a proper run in the team, but the manager couldn’t see that he was overlooked in favour of Maupay, seriously wtf was that all about. 

Not because he’s got the ability to finish his chances which he as proven where ever he has gone.
There are players who have a natural ability to score no matter where they go and he is in the bracket no matter what the level. 
You could present the chances he’s had to DCL and Beto and they wouldn’t finish anywhere near his tally, because they don’t possess that ability to be clinical and consistent in front of goal. 
And I’m sure that in games where we were having 15-20 attempts at goal he would have got 2 a game on average, and just maybe we could have won those games instead of losing them or at best getting a draw. 
Dyche fucked up by telling him he wasn’t in his plans, the 8 million hasn’t helped us fight the charges related to the 22/23 season, his sale won’t be accounted for until the 23/24 season year end finishes, so of no benefit this season unlike his goals.
And then next season we have to find the 30 million for Beto, and the 18 million for Chimitti and they definitely aren’t any better, in fact there’s a very good argument that they are a lot worse.

His first one was a cracker like.
We sold him because he wanted to leave and we saw how the money would be pure profit on our books. Plus he was 22/23 so it's not like he was a kid that we (as in the club) didn't know much about. If they come up and he does the business in the PL then I'll hold my hands up but it wasn't that long ago that he went on a long stretch of not scoring and couldn't get in their team.
Gray was another opportunity to make huge profit on a cheap signing, and obviously there was more to him leaving than just that as well.
Iwobi wouldn't sign a new contract so we needed to get shut of him. Again for the books.
We shouldn't need to be doing this sort of thing, selling people because of profit etc, but that's what the PL has created and we needed to go down this route.
At the end of the day though (sorry Mike ), it's not the selling of these players that is the problem. It's how they've been replaced.

Yep English football is fucked, it’s already gone past the point of no return and is only going to get worse
It’s not just the EPL, the same 6 teams are also now dominating the cup competitions.
In these PSR cases the EPL keep talking about fairness and integrity but the EPL is anything but. If it’s fairness and integrity they want then that is only achievable by introducing a salary cap and applying same rules to all 20 teams

If we have pleaded guilty and get the two brownie points back that Forest received, and the commission find we have already been punished for the first charge and there's no case to answer for the second, do we still get the two brownie points back? So +2?
 

The three learned people in the Forest Commisson couldn't figure out why Everton actually got 6 points. Paragraph 14.15 is extracted below. 
 
14.15 In the case at hand, the Commission considered whether there were any additional factors that should be taken into account - the “unique” position and/or the reasons for the excess. The conclusion was that these did not (nor were they mitigating factors, see above) and the only factor driving Forest up the scale will be the size of the breach. It was bigger than Everton’s, but both were in the “significant” breach band. However, there was no additional consideration around incorrect information being provided to the Premier League, as Everton had. The Commission does not know how the three extra points were arrived at by the Appeal Board for Everton, but some part of those three points must relate to the provision of incorrect information. Forest’s breach (not its losses, the Commission is concerned with the breach of the PSR Threshold) was larger than Everton’s and as a result, that alone slides it up the scale by three further points to a starting point of six points"
What is very frustration is that 'incorrect infomation' (or being 'less than frank' as was the term used in Evertons hearings) refers to our original hearing only - for which we where given 10 points (not 6 points). 
However, in our appeal the hearing found that Everton's original hearing was wrong to say Everton had been 'less than frank' and our claim on this was upheld in the appeal. So we got some of the 10 points back, helping to bring our punishment down to 6 point from the original 10. Not up from 3 to 6.  
Another frustration is that a £19.5m and £34.5m are somehow classed in the very same bracket of ' a significant' breach. Convinient!
I went on a few Forest fan forums yesterday, although they are pissed off at having point taken off them, pretty much all of they saying they through it would be more points taken off them, and the club should just take the 4 and do without the shadow of an appeal hanging over the fans, club and players for the rest og their games, maybe to possibley get 1 point back.  A fucking luxury Everton have not had for four months as we had massive 10 points deduction around our neck for the best part of this season, so had no choice but to go through the internal stress of an appeal (and turns out justifibly so). 
Forest have dodged a bullet in my eyes and Everton have had the shitty end of the stick.

I don’t even disagree that the Johnson transfer should have been a mitigating factor because why should they have to take a lower a fee from another club acting like a vulture. But if something that Forest chose to do was allowed as mitigation why wasn’t the war in Ukraine etc allowed for us when we had zero control over that?
None of this makes any sense and rather than show that an independent regulator isn’t needed all it’s done is shown that it is desperately needed.
