Probably the first time in a long time I have seen the real everton passion surface. It’s there if we want it enough lads. Don’t care if it’s not pretty sometimes once the heart and passion is there for the crest!!!! Thought it was gone for good.

Fantastic goals and attacking play but without sounding negative if that was a better side we could have lost 4-2 with the ones they got the post with and the time and space they gave us so it will be interesting to see how we kick on. Either way you make your own luck but it only gets you so far!!!!

It's just not funny anymore. Martinez has to go and that's it. He doesn't know how to setup a defense and we aren't good enough to score bucket loads so it's not gonna change

Thanks for all the input. Overall I think the feeling is naaaaahhh never but we do have it in the back of the mind which is not what was expected this year!!!! Prob 10th is realistic providing we win games!!! Which at yhe moment isn't good. I see people delighted we got a draw against West Ham at home and city at home. Last year they would have been wins if the form followed through!!!!

Look at the other keepers in the league. The only reason we are so hard on Howard is because he is usually so good. Keepers all make mistakes, all have bad days and all know exactly when they should have saved something. I wouldn't swap him for any other keeper in the league simply because we ignore the good he does too much. He has even improved his passing ability under Martinez. In the air he is excellent which is hard to find in this league. And shot stopping is a big frame to beat. Next!!!
