I could see Ross playing a deeper role in the future, but I'd imagine there would be a bit of rotation early on. I feel we need a CM, Winger, CB, and striker this summer -- assuming Barry stays. Holtby Carles Gil Indi Lukaku? That would be a good summer for me. EDIT : Also hoping Duelofeu stays too; if not, then I believe we will need another pacey, quick-footed player (who is "arrogant").

I'm with you. I didn't take it as a slight either. We are one of the biggest clubs in the PL -- no doubt -- but we have a lot of catching up to do squad-wise(money) with the ones in front of wise. .

Fulham made it the final a couple of years ago and lost to Juventus. We beat Juventus in pre-season. Need I say more?

Lukaku

The PR of this club has been outstanding this season. He'll be hard to replace even though he was only with us a short time.

Growing up, I always heard Pele, so I'll go with him to make things interesting. Ronaldinho was the first player I saw where I was absolutely dumbfounded by his skills and technique on the ball. Personally, he's the all-time best to me, even though he had a short peak.

I loved it. I'm ready for the second season to start.

Not sure. He's only about 5'7" right? Not that height is important in the success of a footballer, but I think it's helpful given the the physical play of the PL. He's always seemed like he's easily pushed around. On the other hand, 5m is not a bad fee for a player from the same school of football as our manager.

I've been saying I would love Doumbia here for awhile. I really think he has what it takes to make it in the PL, and I believe that we would be the best club suited for him.
