yeah, would like to think the refinancing experts that where report to have been brought in this last few weeks have sorted out how we are going to finance the club going forward without 777 partners paying the monthly bills. 
If you are going to look for a new buyer then the best time to do it is immediately after securing  Premiership status for the next season. If  you are going to do it, then this is the month to have the club back on the open market.
All things are point to fucking 777 off this week. 777 partners only have themselves to blame - they have been in the boss seat for buying the club since September. 
 
 
 

We just need to know one way or another it’s getting really painful and every month we get deeper and deeper in debt or so it seems. 

Unless, all theory of course, they're such smart business people that they know 777 have no chance of getting the club, and they'll step in 'on the cheap'?
Same could be said of several potential buyers who we have no clue about.
I've no doubt, though, there'll be vultures circling, watching on.
Amongst it all, I still find it hard to believe there's lack of interest in taking this club on.
Most likely, as you guys have touched on, Moshiri has gone with the deal that best suited him...offered to him by guys who don't actually have the money. Whereas more astute business peeps maybe offered a more 'realistic' price based on the debts etc...which meant Moshiri would lose out.
All guess work though.
The Premier League...fuck me. I swear these guys are making up as much as they can as they go along. They really do not know how to control this beast the PL has turned into.

Yeah I think people are mixing up the 2. Media Rights are the ones who need to give blessing…unless the person willling to buy pays off their debt outright. Then it’s a non issue. For anyone wanting to buy the club but not pay off the debt immediately then Media Rights can veto. That was my understanding before 777 process started.

At this point I think we need to hope that MSP call in their debts as stock and take control of the club.

Personal Coach. One man band. Work straight with clients, no one else to deal with. Say what I want, be who I am, market as I want...only work with people I want. Luckily (maybe not luck?), all my clients are great people who want to have a laugh while they graft and improve their overall lifestyle.
However.....I'm all too aware that if I want to follow through on my plans, I'll need to deal with some level of 'corporate' so and so's at some point.
But, in all honesty, I'm done with selling my soul to please a few when there's a massive world of opportunity for you being you.

I have tried to remain positive about 777 Partnership and the level of modern sports business proffessionalisum they might bring to the table, but I have realistically accept that they can't afford a Premier league football club with a brand spanking new stadium. If they could we'ed have already changed ownership by now. 
On a daily basis, everything points to the fact they are already stretching themselves far to thin across their portfolio and too many cracks are appearing all over the place.
Moshiri has to take it on the chin and start looking at the next best offers. 
The Premier League now need to step in and put this 'deal' out of its misery and say in Everton's interest 'they see that 777 not currently fit and suitable owners of a PL club'. I think most of us have this opinion now and will appriciate this thrid party intervention. 
 

I know plenty of us wanted to give 777 a fair chance etc but there's far too much smoke for there not to be a fire.
They simply don't seem to have any cash flow.
We're in for a very rocky Summer leading into next season I think.

Enough is enough now.  Moshiri has absolutely taken on the baton in the destruction of our club hasn't he?  We need buyers asap and 777 need to be away from our club.

I like people who help other people to achieve their goals, I use a personal trainer for my fitness and dietary requirements have done for years I go to his gym for one on one sessions 3 times a week, not cheap admittedly but how do you put a price on health and wellness.
