Matt Posted September 28, 2010 Report Posted September 28, 2010 how about him attending a distribution of the ball masterclass? Surely the kids there can show him how to pass a ball instead of launching it... Quote
Louis Posted September 28, 2010 Report Posted September 28, 2010 All this time I've been pronouncing his name wrong. He says it as Yagelka, I always thought it was Jaggy-elka Quote
WillAct723 Posted September 28, 2010 Report Posted September 28, 2010 All this time I've been pronouncing his name wrong. He says it as Yagelka, I always thought it was Jaggy-elka If that's the case I think you're not the only one who needs a lesson! (myself included!) Quote
MikeO Posted September 28, 2010 Author Report Posted September 28, 2010 All this time I've been pronouncing his name wrong. He says it as Yagelka, I always thought it was Jaggy-elka It's Polish so (same as virtually every language bar English) the J is correctly pronounced as a Y. But everyone calls him Jags (Moyes, players etc) so I don't suppose it bothers him . Quote
dweagle6 Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 Ive always called him Yags...is that right or does everyone say Jags? Seems everyone needs a lesson...between Jags and Bily there could be a whole thread on this haha Quote
jcrawfor Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 Sticking with Jags. He's english, may as well get used to it. Quote
craigb Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 jags sounds better than yags, even if it is wrong, am sticking with jags.. class name! Quote
marcopaulo Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 everyone loves a jag although a yag(Yttrium aluminium garnet (YAG, Y3Al5O12) is a synthetic crystalline material of the garnet group) is pretty nifty also Quote

dark Posted October 8, 2010 Report Posted October 8, 2010 Ew Yags better be fine for the derby! (see what I did there ) Quote
bluehuddo Posted October 9, 2010 Report Posted October 9, 2010 Positive Note: Gives Johnny a chance to play centre half. Let's hope he plays like he did last season Quote
Romey 1878 Posted October 9, 2010 Report Posted October 9, 2010 Moyes will probably rush him back, he's been playing him with a knee injury all season. Quote
iggy Posted October 9, 2010 Report Posted October 9, 2010 Positive Note: Gives Johnny a chance to play centre half. Let's hope he plays like he did last season With DM's apparent reluctance to put JH in his right position, I wouldn't be surprised if Hibbo or Pip got in there! Quote
