It's Polish so (same as virtually every language bar English) the J is correctly pronounced as a Y.

 

But everyone calls him Jags (Moyes, players etc) so I don't suppose it bothers him .

everyone loves a jag although a yag(Yttrium aluminium garnet (YAG, Y3Al5O12) is a synthetic crystalline material of the garnet group) is pretty nifty also
