Dear Evertonian, We have great pleasure in offering you the opportunity to influence the design of our kit for the 2018/19 season. Working closely with Umbro, we are conducting a survey to find out what fans think makes a great Everton kit so we can use this information throughout the design process over the coming months. Some good questions in there, like choosing collar styles, what you think is Everton's 'away kit colour' (you can choose from a full pallette of colours), your favourite kits from over the years (home & away) and my personal favourite, the last one... Something like "If Everton's main sponsor were to be involved in gambling or manufacturing alcohol related products, would you want an alternative sponsor on the children's kits (like the Everton in the Community logo)?" Elston Gunnn Posted February 3, 2017 Report Share Posted February 3, 2017 Everton's 'away kit colour' Did they by chance ask whether it's a good idea for Everton to actually wear the official away kit just every once in a while for an away match? Everton have worn the third kit a few times this season, but maybe the away colors only once?? (What match was that? Can't remember.) Not sure why they didn't wear the dark away kit against Stoke, choosing instead to wear a kit that doesn't "officially" exist - all blue. So, a question showing my utter ignorance about away and third kits: will many fans purchase away and third kits, even if they know one or the other will almost never be worn?
