I am half and half and it depends on how involved he was in buying the players that came in under his reign. If he had no involvement then I think he is probably worth another chance.

How can any manager create a team with that defence and midfield? If it wasn't for the quality of forward players then would be in the bottom half of the table because the spine of the team is awful.
