iggy
From the Daily Mirror.... “Saha’s scoring record against West Ham was in my mind,” admitted Moyes. “He has got a calf strain and probably should not have been playing.” http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/West-Ham-1-2-Everton-match-report-The-Daily-Mirror-verdict-article216475.html Looks like he took a chance with a break coming up but he (Saha) might have aggrevated it. Matt
i hope Saha is ok, our only threat on goal at the moment. Im looking forward to him playing with a creative player too, watchin the goals go flying in!
Romey 1878
Someone has posted on Kipper that Arteta will never play again and that Jags' injury is very bad and he'll never be the same player again, and will be like Ledley King in that he'll have to be managed. Obviously it's probably bullshit because it's Kipper.

jcrawfor
At the moment I'm hard pressed to believe that these gross numbers of injuries is coincidence. There is no way that coincidence or just bad luck leaves us with 3 major knee injuries (not counting bad tackles), multiple calf strains, some groin issues and all the other "nicks" our players have. Something in the physio room and training needs to change.
Romey 1878
Maybe it'd be beneficial to do skill and ballwork in training rather than just working on running them into the ground.

Romey 1878
I very much doubt we'll see Spuddy at all this season, and if we're lucky we'll see Jags in the last few games of the season IMO.

jcrawfor
I'm really starting to beleve the idea that all these injuries are a little more than bad luck. Sure there are now 2 or 3 that were not preventable, but having seen well over half our squad get one of 2 injuries, a hamstring strain/tear or a knee problem, I've really got to believe that the fault lies with Mick Rathbone. No other club has had the injury turn over we have; calling it bad luck is a cop out.

Until the player is injured Mick Rathbone wont have any kind of involvement with them at all.
jcrawfor
sorry, didn't mean to write Mick's name there...got things mixed up. The rest of the coaching staff is who I meant to name...especially the fitness guys.

MikeO
The ManU medical staff giving Sir Alec a detailed prognosis on Ferdinand... "We gave Rio an injection just over two weeks ago so we have to let that settle for a week, then he can go back into the gym work and do some more core work," said Ferguson.
