He does so by having 2 proxies (Daniel Levy at Spurs, Robbie Earl/BK at Everton) who borrow from the club and it makes Sir Phillip tons of interest and money. BK and DL do this because BK didn't have any money to buy the team and Sir PG saw an investment opportunity. Not sure why Levy is in on it. Is that a correct summation Makis?

that's net spend mate, that counts sales as well. if you just look at spending there are only 4 clubs (bournemouth, norwich, arsenal, swansea) that spent less than us. that's us at 16th in the premier league spending.
