I believe they have serge aurier currently and before him Christophe Jallet. I follow PSG and can tell you neither of these players are CL caliber. Jallet is a solid Frenchmen but nothing more, Aurier was a WC stand out who wS bought from an African side (Ivory Coast I believe). Coleman would be an upgrade for them. If we do this they have some great youngsters it would be better to trade for. Adrian rabiot is a great midfielder and Jean Christophe bahbeck is a fantastic forward.

Why is that (looking for a straight honest answer here). The more I think about it the more I wonder. I think he's hit the ceiling and doesn't have any further up to go which isn't a bad thing, just a thought. I think Bill should in the least fire Elstone and hire a top business person to run it. Who knows after a couple years of solid sponsorship and payment of debt everyone may love bill and thank him for hiring new guy. Just doesn't make sense to keep RE when the board and he are under fire. Firing Elstone would appease a lot of fans and if things went for the better could really turn the tide in the support for the board. No brainier really.

Something is up with Kevin. He doesn't look up to snuff and was a ghost in today's match. He was benched at the end of last season and wanted out, only to then sign a new contract and then be a bench player. Not making much sense since he makes probably one of the higher salaries and we aren't using him much since getting Cleverley. Thoughts?

No argument there. I think another thing to consider is this is essentially his make or break year for us so RM is trying to give him a chance to prove himself.

I've thought that too. If we kick on this year and do offer him an improved wage I could see him staying past the summer, especially if Chelsea continue this collapse.

in the pre-match interview yesterday RM said the next morning after barnsley he was very interested to see how oviedo was but he said he was fully recovered and practiced really well so he's not worried about him being tired. i think oviedo is desparate for a chance to prove himself after the injury and emergence of garbutt, he's going to be playing out of his skin till baines is back.

supposedely naisy stuck up for him at the service station the other night as well. john must be closest with him on the team, couldn't pick a better guy to be friends with john, happy for him.

bill are you really jimmy the kit man? if we are not ahead by 60' i would like to see Kev, Gerry and Besic. other than that good lineup, has done us well against Soton and Man City.
