  1. The first (and only - to date) team to win at C-O-M stadium probably helped too
  2. :| Yeah, leaves a bitter taste doesn't it :|
  3. Young Player of the Year: - Jack Rodwell Most Improved Player: - Marouane Fellaini Best Mod/Admin: - All of them (How's THAT for an arse lick!) Best Poster: - Don't like to single out any one person but Mike/Romey/Galacticaracnid/Tenacious/Hafnia/Craccer usually post decent stuff Best Thread - Heitinga man love springs to mind.
  4. Dead right, although I would have had him in the team long ago!
  5. I recall a 5-0 back in the early 80's (Big Bob got a hat-trick!)
  6. Heitinga, only one who showed any real desire imo

    Man City (Away)

Shackle the ugly Argie and we may have a chance, need to improve our all round play from late if we are to get anything from this - draw 1-1
  8. This ^^ (pretty much) Don't agree with the Bily bit though, I thought that apart from the couple of nice touches he was crap. I too believe (and hope) though that we will see a much better version next season.
  9. I think just about everyone who was registered with EFC were sent an email asking them to apply. Nice that they tried to get new blood on the moderating team (The old ones simply lost control), shame they didn't implement any of the improvements or suggestions they more or less promised prior to shutting the old blue room down!
  10. I'm not even sure that he could come back if the MLS goes on strike. It's outside of any transfer windows and his agreed loan period (10 weeks) is over, feel free to correct me if my assumption is wrong!

    Bolton (home)

We SHOULD batter them, if we don't get 3 points out of this then I am going to really spit the dummy!!!
  12. Unfortunately, as FA rules stand, they can only take retrospective action in cases where the referee has not seen the incident or not taken any action. In this case the shithouse did have a free kick given against him and although the ref didn't show any kind of card he gets away with it (again!)
  13. A point here...... a certain David Moyes was appointed on 14th March 2002, so it can (not certain of course) make a bit if difference!
  14. Very disappointed, Brum are a tough nut to crack but to concede the way we did from 2 up, and the way we (didn't) play in the second half left me feeling very frustrated. A good opportunity to apply a bit of pressure on the European hopefuls wasted.
  15. Happy birthday Rubes, Shame you didn't get a decent present from the team
  16. If I remember corrctly, an extra fee was negotiated to enable him to stay. We don't have a pot to pee in so that is out of the question I guess.
  17. http://www.evertonfc.com//news/archive/2010/03/11/vaughan-joins-leicester-on-loan?utm_source=rss_everton&utm_medium=rss_feed&utm_term=Vaughan+Joins+Leicester+On+Loan Confirmed
  18. Tough game - they don't concede too many too often, think we will do it though 2-0
  19. Very bad miss of course, but stunk? From the moment he came on we were really applying the pressure against Spurs, he chased everything, harried Spurs defenders and his link ups and one twos created more than one opening!
