  1. I’m quite happy at the outcome of this for reasons others will see as strange, for me he is a reminder to the owner and board of what can go wrong when you make poor decisions, he’s a lesson to be learned and the longer he’s here teaching them a lesson the more they might learn, don’t go over your DoF head and employ poor managers and sign even poorer players. So fair play to Tosun the more pain inflicted the better gains for the future, so carry on Tosun and teach Moshiri and his cronies to stay out team affairs.
  2. Dear Columnist, I’m more interested in how many wife’s you have had.
  3. Saw that 5 minutes ago and I’m still pissing myself laughing every time I think of it
  4. Your right there he’s always making a song and dance about everything
  5. When the fuck is this going to be confirmed the transfer window closes in 54 hours from now, this is doing my head in.
  6. Have we received any offers for him of late, if not why are we so concerned about him leaving, and if not why not?
  7. Or good at getting himself a life changing contract.
  8. Great to know that the project manager for the pilling is a local Evertonian lad no corners will cut on the foundations that’s for sure.
  9. I would assume even though there has been no official announcement that Lampard has been told a day ago that it’s is position, if not it would be ridiculous he may need to find a couple of players and time is running out, or maybe who ever gets it has already been told there is no money available to bring fresh players in, but what ever the outcome why do we to go to the wire with every decision we make, our board are so weak when it comes sticking their necks on the line, which is a result of having no clear plan or idea how to formulate a coherent plan, they are like Ducks great at looking serene and controlled on the surface but underneath you know they are frantically paddling to stay above water.
  10. Well if it’s true that Ferguson and hopefully Unsworth are gone and we are eventually cutting all ties with what hasn’t worked for decades, I’m more than pleased, we needed to get rid of the mentality that failure is acceptable if you have a longstanding relationship to the club. Now we just need to oust that mentality from some of the board members by firstly removing Bill as Chairman, and giving him a life time membership in the director’s box with Gym privalages thrown in.
  11. Shame you didn’t have the conviction to vote for him before Rafa joined you might have been happier 7 months ago.
  12. Let’s hope he has the same effect on DCL and we finish 9th.
  13. But they still weren’t behind him Mike no matter how you dress it up, you’ve been an Everton supporter as nearly as long as me and this has been the worst 6-7 years I’ve endured as an Evertonian, we go on about Mike Walker as much as that was bad I never felt as depressed as I do now being an Everton supporter, I think we are for ever destined to have a split in the fan base when comes to managers whether there good or bad, getting behind the manager isn’t considered as a requisite of being a team supporter anymore, to many are full of their own shit to not back the manager and put their personal grievances to one side, and that’s why Lampard isn’t and won’t get full backing.
  14. That doesn’t happen with Everton in reality yet I agree that should happen, Benitez is good evidence that not everyone got behind him from the off.
  15. It only makes sense because he’s the best of a poor selection who were interested, I’m 100% behind him as I was Benitez Ancelotti Silva ect, I’m not sure how it makes sense, 6 months ago he got 2 votes when we were all given 5 votes to spread around the managers in the poll, one was mine as my first choice and can’t remember the other person or whether it was his 1st or 5th choice, so what has he done in the last 6 months to make him now the number 1 choice that makes sense.
  16. You need to read some of the other Everton sites not everyone is behind Lampard, and a run of 3 or 4 bad results and that will grow. Personally I will back him as the manager but for me he is not the right man this is too big a task for someone of his experience to take on.
  17. Looks like it’s a done deal Lamps is our next manager, I wonder if we will have the football acumen as a group of supporters to get behind him and the team, something tells me I very much doubt it.
  18. I wonder if he will bring with him a horrible big prick in John Terry
  19. Lampard was my first choice before we gave the job to Benitez, that would have been the right time, to give him a pre-season and time to settle in and get to know his players, at this stage of the season and the position we are in I’m not so sure, he’s probably never experienced this side of the game in his life so how does he draw on the experience of a unbalanced team in free fall looking at a relegation battle, his lack of experience with not much time left does concern me. But I have given my vote to him out of the 3 mentioned.
  20. What’s that sell up and fuck off.
  21. Are see you on the mini bus in the morning mate.
  22. Thanks mate I love North American history the good and the bad, from Mexico to the United States and Canada some of the atrocities inflicted on the tribes of North America can only be described as ethnic cleansing at it’s most barbaric.
  23. I’ve been to Canada a few times and there are plenty of First Nation tribes there, so I would say quintessentially North American, just spitting hairs for the right reasons.
