  1. Hafs right, you need to make your move before the ball is played, it's called good movement, has Haf said let's the person playing the ball put it space you are running into, movement without receiving the ball is just as important it can drag defenders out of position and leave a space for someone else to receive the ball in. Good strikers are always moving, whether that's to receive the ball, create space for someone else or trying to win it back. If Hafs stat is right then we need more from Rom whether in possession of the ball or not.
  2. Fair play to Moyes he's got a team spirit going, and the players working there socks off. Proves that hard work and belief in your managers tactics gets results.
  3. We have always been proud of our youth policy, and it's been respected and copied, we have brought through some outstanding talent in recent years, it's part of who we are, our believe system. Koeman could quite easily destroy in a short time what many people have taken years to build. He just wants to buy, he has never where ever he's managed looked at promoting home grown talent if he can buy it. All these young lads that have been talked about, must be thinking after the words of Koeman, that we have no future here, and that this isn't the policy of the club they remember committing to. He needs to go he isn't the right man for this job, just based on his results, the way we playing, some of signings should be enough to get him sacked, but to over look our young lads and dismiss them as a non starter, when we are in this mess is an insult to everyone who has loved this club and its values, he will never get that because he doesn't have any connection with club the city and the people who love it. Eddie Howe for me, he would get us and the values of this club, and turn us into the the team we should be, with one or two of the U23s involved.
  4. That's just a fantasy Holy hasn't been written. Sorry mate couldn't resist.
  5. Koeman uses the age of our squad as some sort of get out clause as to why we are shit, he mentions two players in particular who are over 30. Is this twat for real, he has added to the problem of players over 30 with his signings. The biggest reason we are playing shite is because your a clown Ronald ( McDonald ) Koeman, fucking clueless.
  6. Good morning Pad, you've been busy ten forums covered in a row, as Roy Castle would say your a record breaker haha. Just thought it was worthy of a mention.
  7. STEKKERS COLEMAN HOLGATE. WILLIAMS OVIEDO GANA DEULEFEU. BARKLEY. MIRALLAS BOLASI LUKAKU
  8. Hopefully we're playing better by then, cause if we're playing like we are now won't be seeing your brother for another 30 years.
  9. Fuck me lads don't all start slagging Koeman off Dunc will be furious. Joke Dunc.
  10. Amazing this is our Brexit if we want to trade with the E.U. Border has to stay open to E.U residents. We have to contribute a levy to trade with E.U, there goes your new hospital's. Nothing is going to change, except we won't get a say in E.U parliament going forward, and we won't get a veto to stop something that we are dead against. Well done outers great move.
  11. There pace movement and finishing tonight was like the Ferguson days, how the fuck are we gonna stop that, 5 at the back 3 holding midfielders and Mori and Jags up front. Think were losing this one 3-0.
  12. And Spurs, last season we looked like we could win games,we gave teams problems, right now we don't look like we're gonna win another game. Martinez problem was his lack of defensive knowledge and inability to coach his defence to defend. Arsen Wenger is made from the same mould more in tune with the attacking side of the game than the defensive, but what Wenger does is make sure his number two knows how to defend,if Martinez got him self an assistant who was a world class defender to take control of the defence he'd still be here now. In my opinion Koeman has come in and made an average team from last season a very very poor team this season,if he done his homework he should have seen he just needed to sort the back four, that would have made us a good team, and given himself more time to buy wisely, instead of the panic buying we've seen, then he could create the top class team we want to see,but I'm afraid he's blown his opportunity, and I don't think he's got it in his arsenal to bring us back from this slump.
  13. Dunc I don't need to guess what your thinking you post it ten or more times a day.
  14. In Dunc`s eyes Koeman can do know wrong, I looked at the vote and 86% think he's earned himself a recall.
  15. That's something he's carried on here.
  16. Of course he should get a chance he's doing the business in the U23s, Koeman may not like him, but he's the only person at the club who is scoring at the moment, the problem with Koeman is he frequently let's his runaway with its self, then isn't man enough to back track and admit he may have been wrong. That is surely a dangerous trait to have as a manager, he should keep them opinions between him self and the player concerned, because he doesn't want to lose fact it could be to the detriment of the team.
  17. Don't be fair to May, be fair to the people who know what the answers are.
  18. That's right under Moyes, we always struggled to find a striker who could play his system of one up front, and consistently get say fifteen goals a season, but what we did have where midfielders who could chip in with seven or eight goals each, where not far off playing the same system as Moyes now, but our midfield is being set up to defensively minded and aren't far enough up field to have an impact on the game, we need to put Bolasi or Delli in the middle with Barkley to get forward in the box where they can hurt the opposition and support Lukaku, then drop either Barry or Gana because there both doing the same holding role.
  19. Bollocks what a stupid stat to come out with, to be happy that we are losing games by conceding less goals, a loss is a loss whether it's by 1-0 or 2-1, so you can stick that stat straight up your arse and start living in the real world, and face up to the reality of our last eight games.
  20. I can't see us getting more than 4 points from the next eight games, then we have 5 easier games in a row, so with his new signings we should take 10 points, which would probably see us finish on 48 points and mid table and right now I'd be happy to take that. But to be honest I have a really bad feeling about Koeman, that he won't be able to turn it round, that he will buy badly, and that he will only secure 4-5 points from those 5 easier games, and leaving us on 28-29 points with 12 games to play and looking like relegation favourites on current form. I hope the owners aren't of the same opinion as a lot of people on this forum, that it's not a problem he's the right man for the job, come January when he's spent his 80M we're be alright. What I hope is that they have already decided to give him 6 more games, and if there is no sign of improvement they have, or are in the process of compiling a short list of replacements and he's gone, there should be no complaints he would have had 50% of the season to have shown he's got something about him, and the new manager should be given the transfer window to bring in the players he feels he needs, after all koeman had one window brought in four new faces and we're no better, so a new man must be given the same opportunity, after all he maybe tasked with keeping us up.
  21. Can't remember saying that, but obviously you don't think his job is to coach players to play in a system of his choice. Now if that isn't working why would you keep sending the same team out to do the same thing, just to see it fail every week, you wouldn't you would quickly realise that this isn't working I haven't got the players to do what I want, I need to try something different until the transfer window opens and I can get in the players I need to play how I want. But not this dick head keeps sending them out in the same set up to see them get shot down, that to me is a shit manager. I'd be very interested in what you think his role of manager in tails.
  22. I personally think Moshiri is only here because of the new stadium, he's a business man and buying into Everton is strictly business, and if it wasn't for the stadium he wouldn't be here, but that's not a bad thing if he continues to invest in the team as well, I don't really care if in 4-5 years he sells up and walks away with millions cause he can only do that if his money makes us successful.
  23. Pad I'm clueless, and fucking stupid cause I don't see much improvement in the defence. Got to ask this are you a Chelsea supporter who's mistakenly gone on the wrong forum by any chance.
  24. Well if a player can't play how you want you Don't pick him, so you have proved my point, only an idiot would pick a player to do a job he new he couldn't do, a good manager would look at whos available to give a chance to, or he changes his system to suit what he has available, but this clown keeps doing the same thing week in week out, with as you pointed out Rom players that can't play that system, surly you don't need me to tell you that's someone who doesn't know what he's doing.
