Tell me where my critique of Moyes hasn't been balanced? I've mentioned before he is:- Hardworking, good eye for a bargain, disciplined, thorough, able to balance books..... Ultimately though he is a flawed tactician, stubborn, arrogant, negative, has favourites, falls out with players who do not share his values, full of excuses and negative sound bites.... Overrated.

I believe that arrogance is meant for the pitch, as in beating your opponent mentally - like a boxer, believing in yourself and showing the ability you have and the confidence to do it. Not scoring in weeks, criticising the role you have been asked to play, supporting anelka, and basically talking about yourself as some sort of world class player is not arrogance, is called being deluded. I just wish he would shut up and let his game do the talking.

The lad has got right on my nerves to be honest. He can get lost. He's hasn't scored much at all of recent, is injured, gave the ball away cheaply for WBA's equaliser and he's talking about champions league??? Maybe he needs to look at Champs league players and how they control the ball etc.

He's the type of player that relies on the physical margins, pretty much like Rooney. If he can't push off explosively then he needs to do less running on the ball and look to move it.

Unfortunately for you Moyes is the manager who excells at the lower end of the table, once in the mid table he lacks any progression to evolve his tactics or players. Attacking midfielders and strikers to Moyes are like Kevin Pietersen to Geoff Boycott... just doesn't get them. Give him a team of Danny Wellbecks and he knows what to do. It's no surprise that Vidic and Rio (plus RVP) seem to have fallen out with him - he doesn't like alpha males.... there can be only one.
