yeah I spent 5 years on a Texas ranch working as a cowboy Dunc. Each day me and my fellow cowboys would wake each other up by urinating on the next person asleep and have a good old punch up, nothing too serious, just a few missing teeth here and there. We would spend the rest of the day breaking in wild horses and then go and hunt our evening meal before having 20 pints of beer and another fight at the local saloon. Usually the fights started when some idiot jokingly slapped the back of someone's head.
Dyche hasn't said it was a joke that went too far/wrong. That's the problem. He said it was nothing a playful tap/joke and Nathan didn't get the joke. Gaslighting is a classic bullies tactic.....
Don't worry Dunc, I'm not calling for his p45 for this incident - I think the results on the pitch will determine that. This incident has just proven what he is as a man. Not very likeable.
So no then!

I'm just relieved that someone else clearly thought yesterday was Friday and it's game day today.
Get in!
Was gutted when it dawned on me there is no footie today

Haf have you ever worked in an all male environment ?
Just trying to get my head around why you are so determined to make something more out of this than there is
Dyche is not blaming anyone, contrary to what you may think, and nobody has claimed nothing happened
Dyche is saying it was a bit of banter that went too far/wrong
If you have spent much time in an all male environment you will know shit like this happens all the time, you say sorry and everyone moves on
But you are determined to cling on to it and bring it up in every thread
Think I will swerve this place for the rest of the day because whoever Dyche names at RB come two O’clock you and Palfy will be all over it like a rash claiming it proves some sort of theory you have or ulterior motive Dyche has
I honestly think you will be in your element if we lose today

the tumbleweeds on this thread......
im pretty sure this thread would be alive with "daily mail full of shit as usual" shouts if it wasn't for dyches interview today.
It’s been moved to the longest thread for Everton for some reason as you well know because you’ve been commenting on it

Not sure why this isn’t in the Dyche thread but still think people are massively overreacting
RB has been a problem position all season and further back than that not just the last 7 league games Godfrey has played
People are making out Godfrey is undropable yet he has only made 9 apperances all season and only had a run in the side for the last 7 and by all accounts his attitude while out of the side was first class so he has probably earned a shot
Young has had a run at RB and has 21 appearances it hasn’t worked
Patterson has played 19 times in the league this season so he has been given more of a chance than Godfrey
Fair enough it’s baffling why Seamus hasn’t been back in if he is fit but it sounds to me more like Dyche is trying all options open to him to plug a gap in a problem area than anything else
Think it’s a bit of a stretch to say he has lost the dressing room
-
Thought he had a good game personally

When he has played for us and Scotland he isn’t making those mistakes on regular basis, so I dispute that last night’s mistake has any bearing on why he isn’t playing for us in front of Godfrey.
I dispute your dispute that he doesn’t make those mistakes regularly( tbf it might be his first brain fart for Scotland ). I still have nightmares about the Brighton game when they tonked us at Goodison and he tried to intercept a through ball for Mitoma that he had absolutely no chance of making and ended up giving him a clear run at goal which he duly scored from
I think at the moment he is a liability defensively, not saying others aren’t but Dyche is clearly trying all options to find a solution ( not sure why Seamus isn’t the answer) . Several managers have looked at him and all have decided he isn’t ready to be starting
I do like him and think there is a player in there somewhere but he has a lot to learn on the defensive side of his game, especially positionally

It's a bad mistake but it's not like others who have played at RB for us haven't cost us goals and made mistakes this season.
If they'd been solid and dependable then I totally get why Patterson would have his opportunities limited.
If he wasn't going to play then he should have been loaned out to iron out his kinks. Fuck keeping him around for numbers because Dyche prefers playing a fucking boxer at RB ahead of him.
Totally agree and think a loan would be best for all parties. He reminds me a bit of Seamus Coleman when he first came over, played him RM as he wasn’t trusted defensively then loaned to Blackpool and the rest is history

Yep English football is fucked, it’s already gone past the point of no return and is only going to get worse
It’s not just the EPL, the same 6 teams are also now dominating the cup competitions.
In these PSR cases the EPL keep talking about fairness and integrity but the EPL is anything but. If it’s fairness and integrity they want then that is only achievable by introducing a salary cap and applying same rules to all 20 teams

Anyone who saw his howler for Scotland last night will now know why he hasn’t been starting games for us

Odd that the super silk not at the PSR heating this week

So has anything actually changed/progressed? Surely the takeover has been conditional ever since Moshiri accepted the 777 offer?
What are the conditions and what is the time frame for meeting them?
TBH I don’t want 777 to get the green light but we just need a decision either way now so that the club know where they stand

This was one of your posts Dunc.... looks like you fell for the spin. Getting Tesco to stump up for the ground .
Fair enough I’ve had a shocker with regards to the ground but you have not shown any context to the comment
I think it was in response to you saying he was worse than Peter Johnston and at least my response was based on actual facts not rumours
That’s the last I will say on BK because as I said I can’t be arsed to go back over it all other than to say IMO he was nowhere near as bad as you make him out to be
I’m sure if I had the time or the inclination to trawl through 15 years of your posts I could find plenty of howlers you’ve made but I’ve got better things to do with my life
I have a different opinion to you on a lot of things get over it
