  1. Hilarious... there are some idiots on there trying to justify it and praising Gerrard for putting him van Persie in his place.
  2. I quite like the EFC interlinked letters from the 1920's badge. Would like to see that included in the logo instead of Everton FC.
  3. 300 grand a week is a disgrace. I'm with DK on this one. Makes me sick how much these fella's are earning.... I'm lost for words!!!!
  4. Please.... If he's going to go I want City to come in with some outrageous bid so we can either squeeze every last penny from United or laugh at Moyes when it doesn't come off.
  5. Spoke to a City fan earlier and he reckons the Barry deal is pretty much done. Apparently Barry was given the choice of a seasons loan with City paying 40% of his wages or a release with a £1.5m pay off.
  6. This is one that I looked at http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/JUSTOP-K9B-Android-4-1-TV-Stick-Mini-PC-Smart-TV-Box-Dongle-Dual-Core-Bluetooth-/200875872702?pt=UK_Sound_Vision_Other&hash=item2ec52291be
  7. Just had a look on eBay and apparently they are mini PC's running on Android 4.1
  8. Their transfer approach is like a 4 yr old at nursery. They see someone wants to play with their toy and go to get it to make sure no one else has a go even if they've got no intention of playing with it. Pienaar, Holtby, Naughton etc....
  9. Spoke to my brother in law about possibly buying one (Tesco are selling some decent ones in their sale at the minute), and he reckons you can buy a dongle for your TV which turns it into a Smart TV. Costs about £40 apparently.
  10. If £36m is near the mark then thanks for the memories and best of luck. I'd sell him in a heart beat for that.... But it's probably bollocks. I also think the supposed tweet from Fellaini is bollocks too. Can't imagine, given all the bullshit thats gone on, it would be allowed by either club.
  11. Ref was shite and we weren't good enough in the box. Loads of possession and some decent stuff outside, but we lack the confidence/killer instinct at the minute. Very frustrating that we weren't given the penalty.... And more frustrating that we're not killing these teams off with the weight of possession we've got.
  12. It's starting to get to the scary point were we've got to trust that replacements are in hand if/when Fellaini and/or Baines goes. Fuming at United, as they've known the stance of the club and haven't, as far as I know come back with any further offer which is reasonable. I'm really concerned that something will happen tomorrow or Monday night and we'll be fooked.
  13. Barkley was great when he was on. Deulofeu was always keen to get on the ball and try to make something happen, but his final product definitely needs working on. Going to go with Barkley I think.
  14. It should only be to give him experience of being around the squads in my opinion, but I do think it's ludicrous that both he and Sterling are in so early with so little football played.
  15. That last one isn't bad mate. I like the coat of arms idea too, and I'm fairly sure other clubs have used theirs in recent times. It was quite widely used in Rugby League and Wigan, amongst others I think, still use theirs.
  16. Until the latter part of the game I thought Fellaini was decent. Worked hard to win the ball back, and kept possession. Very frustrating game. Over 20 attempts on goal for us and not 1 goal to show for it.
  17. Lad who missed the pen was Callum Dyson. I thought he went alright. Had a couple of decent headers coming in from the right hand side, and the penalty wasn't bad. I wasn't overly impressed with the other lad....I think it was Brewster. Reminded me of Stuart Barlow a little.
  18. Caught the last 15-20 minutes and we looked comfortably the best team. Liverpool keeper saved a pen in injury time to nick the win. Ledson looks nice and composed on the ball. Not overly impressed with the lad up front. Bit of a headless chicken.
  19. Said a while ago that I like that design too. I think for reproduction purposes it would probably need to be inside a bigger circle, so that it was able to be done in piece.
  20. I love your directness Romey.... and I agree. If Cleverley was at WBA/Fulham etc no one would be raving about him.
  21. I understand what your saying about 'not taking it personally', but it is easier said than done when this is probably as personal as it could get in football terms. This new bloke in charge of transfers needs to learn fast about whats right and appropriate. I honestly don't think I would have a huge issue if either or both were to go but at the right price and given a decent amount of time to spend on reinforcing the squad. I'm not sure now though, given the ill feeling that the whole thing has raised that we will sell to United now anyway.
  22. Mate it's known that Moyes was well aware of the fact that Ferguson was retiring, well in advance of the public announcement. He held off signing a new contract rather than simply being honest and stating that he was going to go to United either way. He was blatantly tapped up, and blatantly knew the score and was well aware of the impact it would have upon the club. Yet Moyes still went with the 'blessing' of most people involved with our club. Whoever is responsible for transfer dealings at Old Trafford at the moment is displaying a great deal of arrogance and ignorance and has massively misjudged the feelings of football people. The fact that it is not only Everton fans who are calling this joke bid for what it really is must surely be ringing some alarm bells. I hope the bully boy tactics and trying to unsettle our club blow up massively in your faces.
  23. Disgusting. In which alternate reality did they think we'd even contemplate accepting that joke. £28m just meets my valuation for Fellaini, never mind Baines.
